Alvarez was the first Astro since 1994 when Jeff Bagwell didi it, to hit 2 home runs in the same inning number 23 and 24. 6 RBIs in the first inning,  Astros batted around in the first with 9 runs.  Once again the Bullpen made it scary with 8 unanswered runs until Matthews' dinger late made it 10-8 and Hader closed it out.

I didn't get to watch last night or today but the Stros came back last night to win 4-2 and won today 4-2 to take series from Detroit.  Now Cleveland coming to town for 3.

Astro won 9-3. Peña with a 2 HR game. Altuve with a 3 run shot. Cam Smith made another highlight catch.

I watched the whole game…..hoping. Arighetti has had several games like that. HR on the 1st batter is never good.

I think we’ll be in good shape by all star break. Finally got some pitching working for us, except for that Arighetti outing.
