From the article:  "The Supreme Court just stayed a lower court order blocking the new redistricting map in Texas from going forward, allowing Republicans in the state to begin using the new map.

Kagan, Sotomayor and Jackson all dissented. Of course."  Honest question:  How can we expect at least one of these dissenters to know the Constitution when she doesn’t even know what a women is?!
