This game was an “inadvertent whistle” that no one heard away from either being 22-21 Buna or 21-20 EC. It was quite ridiculous.

Because, I don't think anyone on the planet thought Buna was going to play EC to a ONE score game.  If they did, they must have the Sports Almanac from Back to the Future.

If Buna doesn’t give EC two short fields on some ST plays they win this game. The young Buna defense held EC in check all game. It was one heck of a football game.

so close.  cougars are improving every week, these guys will be a force in the next few years.  have a bye week and then a tall task again with Hardin.  they are where we will be in 2 years, loaded with 3 and 4 year starters.

Cougars opened some eyes with their performance against EC. Wouldn’t be surprised if they prove the prognosticators wrong and fill that 4th playoff spot.
