Trump was elected President by a landslide, he has his appointed cabinet that had to be approved by congress, he has an elected congress that, for the time being, is GOP led. Trump has been called every name in the book but my favorite is dictator. With all these elected officials behind him, and every president has had their appointed cabinet, how can that title even be considered? The “funny” part is, the people who refer to Trump as a dictator, are the same ones who celebrate when a single federal judge (appointed, not elected) signs an injunction against Trump that has national power. Would this not be considered more dictatorial than following a President, his cabinet, and congress? Those who applaud this dictatorial move by a judge refer to it as protecting democracy. What a joke.

You are funny as all get out. A landslide is considered an election where the winner receives over 60% of the popular vote. Weasel got 49.7, not even a majority. To call it a landslide is laughable, to put it mildly. As for the courts, we have three equal branches. Checks and balances, you know? An injunction is not a final ruling. Man, you are digging deep and still coming up empty.

It certainly is when people like you predicted a landslide for Kamala and Hillary. Lmao. You’re going to tell me about checks and balances? What I said is true. You simply can’t admit the hypocrisy. You are laughable.

Facts are stubborn things. A landslide isn’t 60%. I was incorrect. It is generally considered a landslide when the victory is by 15 points or more. It doesn’t matter what anyone predicts. A 2 point win is not even close to a landslide or mandate. I told you about checks and balances because your post demonstrated a misunderstanding of the separation of powers. You really need to work on your factual arguing skills.

I give a box of rocks more credit than you. You are going to try and convince me that a federal judge can file an injunction that covers the entire country? That is for the Supreme Court. A single judge’s mandate is more powerful than the president? Talk about dictatorial. You are truly ate up with it. I do like your new moniker for Trump….Weasel….he is cunning and much smarter than you give him credit. Your hatred show in your every post. You trip over it.

Well, Roe vs. Wade had been turned over to the states. Texas judge questioned the safety of the abortion drug and the injunction was brought on by a lawsuit. One would think that any woman considering killing their baby should think safety first. It was ed by the SC. Has any drug that has been approved by the FDA ever turned out to be unsafe? These rogue judges of yours have no lawsuits pending. They just stroke a pen to block Trump.
Keep digging that hole. You would rather see an ms-13 gang member, wife beating, illegal alien get due process than Americans who were involved in Jan. 6th. They were wrongfully thrown in solitary confinement without due process. You even support hamas which means you support the enemy. What kind of an American does that?

Since you felt it necessary to point out the three branches with checks and balances, how can Trump be called a dictator? Ain’t it funny? Lmao

He’s ignoring one branch and issuing executive orders that should be addressed by the other one. If that’s not a power grab, I don’t know what is. He’s not a dictator. He’s a wannabe.

The judges don’t act unless there is a cause for action. The cause is a lawsuit of one kind or another. Skill shortage, man, I’m telling you. Take a debate course.

It is called a balance of power. The judge's job is to protect the Constitution. Trump can't do something unconstitutional and expect the judges to agree with it. Did you feel the same way when other Presidents were in power and judges blocked what they were trying to do?

Most of this stuff was taught in 5th grade. My cousin, who is in 5th grade, explained in detail what a balance in power meant.

No one blocked Obama’s deportations. Weren’t they unconstitutional? Did they get due process? Was Obama a dictator? Off course not. So, you’re not about legality, just anti-Trump. It’s called two-faced.

Yes, they got due process. Obama is a constitutional lawyer, he understands the Constitution. He knows what habeas corpus means

Sure it does. It exposes your hypocritical ideology. So Obama didn’t give due process but Trump has to. Yeah, that’s as hypocritical as you and your ilk can get. My last post describes you to a tee. Your lame waaaa waaa doesn’t phase me. I will always expose libtards.

Why would you know the number of hearings that took place? No one had to inform you. How many criminal trials other than deportaions take place in the US yearly. You don't know that answer do you.
.
While Barack Obama's administration did deport a significant number of people, there's no evidence to suggest these deportations were illegal.
Here's a breakdown of the facts:
  • High Deportation Numbers: The Obama administration deported more than 3 million individuals between 2009 and 2017. This is a higher number than any other president in American history,
This is the hidden content, please
    .
  • Focus on Criminals and Border Crossers: Obama's administration prioritized the deportation of individuals with criminal records and recent unauthorized border crossers.
  • Expedited Removal: A large percentage of deportations were carried out through "expedited removal" processes, which don't involve a hearing before an immigration judge. This is a LEGALLY  established procedure for certain categories of individuals, primarily those apprehended near the border or who have previously been deported.
  • Legal Procedures: While the high number of deportations and the use of expedited removal drew criticism from some immigrant rights advocates, the procedures used were generally within the bounds of US immigration law.

So, illegals cross the border, get rounded up and bused back to Mexico, but that’s not considered a deportation due to wording. You libs stop at nothing. What a joke you and your party have truly become. Just like Obama’s cages for detention are called concentration camps under Trump. Your party is trash. You defend illegals over real Americans…..including gang members, hamas, and cartels. Why don’t you go to Colorado and throw molotav cocktails at Jews. I hear that’s the new trend. You should be proud.
