DOJ requested Grand Jury files released and Florida Judge granted....
DOJ also requested New York Grand Jury Files, but they have not responded......

There is a school house rock video on youtube  that explains the separation of powers, and that should help you understand why Trump (who is NOT a King) cannot make the courts release sealed documents.... 

DOJ also claimed that investigators did not uncover evidence that would predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties.  In November Trump publicly directed Bondi to open a DOJ investigation into ties to his political opponent’s involvement and relationship around the same time Congress passed Epstein Files Transparency Act.  We all know now that the new investigation could be used as a pretext to withhold some of the files. 
On the campaign trail in 2024, he and Vance promised supporters they would make DOJ files public to expose powerful people. Trump continues to bypass the checks and balances inherent in the U.S. Constitution. He believes he has total control over the entire executive branch. His defiance of court orders and rulings. 
Patel testified that there was no credible information that Epstein trafficked victims to anyone other than himself. A statement that drew sharp rebuke. Lastly, it is alleged that hundreds of Agents were diverted from counterterrorism and other high-priority units to review and redact the files to erase mentions of Trump.

There is no official proof of a cover up. However, the handling of the files has been the reason for intense scrutiny and public distrust.  One only has to look at the actions of Kristi Noems and Lindsey Halliigan to understand this administration.  Marjorie Green has said that many common Americans feel that they have been cast aside by the MAGA movement.  Yes,the DOJ has a strict 30-day deadline, but they can and just my opinion will withhold information due to recent directives to Bondi and Patel by Trump for ongoing investigations.
