gringo
New Caney finally got away from the spread and started running some power football.
Lightning/Eagle
That's exactly right Gringo. They were then able to pass a little bit after they established the run. I was totally surprised when they opened up in the I formation the first play from scrimmage. They also changed some players positions which better suited their abilities. New Caney still doesn't have the speed to play with alot of teams though. But if the coach will stay with a power run game plan they should be able to eat some clock and stay competitive.
