Guest kosmo Posted August 31, 2007 Report Share Posted August 31, 2007 What that radar tells me is the sub-artic ridge of high pressure combined with the late afternoon seabreeze bringing in loads of tropical moisture along the gulf jet-stream, creating an el nino effect on the atmosphere.
