The 22-5A regular season comes to a close tonight as the Vidor Pirates host the Port Arthur Memorial Titans in this SETXsports Special Presentation.  Ken Harrison's, Titans currently 8-0 on the season and 7-0 in District 22-5A play, look to officially lock up the district title as well as the Division I, #1 seed with a win after they dispatched Baytown Lee last Friday, 49-10.  Meanwhile, Jeff Mathews' Pirates, 7-2 on the season and 6-1 in district play, have locked up a Division II berth which they hope can blossom into a DII, #1 seed with a victory tonight.

Is this game still being played?   I figured Vidor would have called it off due to the intimidation factor that PAM brings to the table.  4 yards at a time Vidor and get at least one turnover. You got this.

I like the optimism but it isn't going to happen, sorry. I like the pirates and they are having a great year but the outcome of this one is pretty obvious.
