What coach would ever agree to a fourth round one game playoff at your opponents home field when the underdog is looking for any advantage possible?  Now look at jasper eliminated due to this decision.  The two run homer never a clears Vincent Beck.

That's why they flipped the coin. Gotta do what you feel will give your team the best chance to win. Who gives a flyin flip what everyone else thinks.

You agree to a one game playoff when you don't have pitching depth. Jasper was eliminated because they made errors and their pitching was off. Pointing fingers at the coaching staff is a poor excuse for the loss. You can't win a game with that many errors.

Here is part of the problem. The jasper community was mislead by the media  on the process that is in place on how you determine the details of a playoff series.  The UIL rules state that if one team wants one game and the other wants two out of three, then they flip. It's that way on every aspect of the playoff match up. If they agree on where to play then no flip. If they don't agree on where to play then they flip. The LCM coach risked playing at Jasper to try to gain home field advantage. The jasper coach did not agree to play there. He lost the flip. The media said he agreed to flip. That's somewhat misleading because that's like saying he agreed to follow UIL protocol. He did not like it, but since they did not agree he was forced to flip for it.

      While we don't always agree on political issues, I couldn't agree more. Both trials were just a circus to keep the division alive and the circus in business. Nothing of any substance got resolved today. Media & Politics. The longer they divide us, the more they benefit.

      Meh..... this is a mess.  As I've often pointed out, I felt that the prosecutions of Trump in NYC (hush money and business valuation fraud) were a big stretch, unwarranted, and likely an abuse of power.   And I kinda feel like Hunter Biden got screwed here, too.   He's basically in trouble for lying on an application to buy a firearm... he denied that he was actively using drugs when he made the purchase.  He owned the firearm for 11 days, committed no crimes with it, then it was disposed of by a third party.  The only reason he was investigated and prosecuted is because he's Biden's son.    Anybody gloating today is no different than the people who were gloating over Trump's 34 convictions a couple of weeks ago.  We ARE a banana republic at this point.  This division won't stand for long.  We can't keep going down this road of "well, they did that to my guy, so we're going to do this to their guy" way of thinking.  God bless the America... she needs it.
