One would think the good folks of Pear Orchard would be in an uproar about this. JMO but I believe Suggs knew he wanted to resign after the season was over, that could've had someone in place way earlier than this.

You're probably right about that.  But the failure of BISD to act quickly knowing the timeline they had is just unconscionable.  Good thing that that Flanigan and Foreman didn't get away or you would have to wonder if any school in BISD would have a head coach.

This is ridiculous! A head coach should have been hired two months ago.

West Brook still without a head basketball coach.

Don't forget about the girls head volleyball coach opening from what I hear, that won't be filled until a new AD is put into place...

Only Lord knows where we'd be if Foreman would have left and it would have taken this long to get a new coach in place at Central. I'd be a pissed off parent, alumni and supporter if my boys were in this situation.  I feel bad for the returning kids over there.  Ozen already suffers from depth issues, this definitely won't help.  My prediction, a long and painful season for the Panthers...2-6 in district.

Apparently Andre Boutte has applied for the WB basketball job, but is not interested in the AD job.

Will this news be released today in facts or is this more speculations... I hope for the sake of the kids bisd picks a good one. who ever it is they better hit the ground running. Almost feel bad for whoever the hire is because of the lack of time with the kids and preparation a winning season would require. Is it more set ups or is this a change for the better in Beaumont.?

    • No chance in hell that this pos is found guilty.
    • After his silly conviction, President Trump has raised over 200 Million dollars!  The people are seeing through it!  Excellent!
    • Let’s see if joe biden’s words about no one is above the law, made after the rigged trial of President Trump, rings true with his po💩son.  Hopefully, but I’m not going to hold my breath, they put the sorry sob in prison.
    • I liked his no bull crap attitude. He was a man of very few words. Extremely strong and freaky athletic!!! As close as possible to being the best offensive lineman to ever play the game. I hope his family finds peace without him!!! RIP #73
    • Chester, a small town in NE Tyler County.  A town that is seeing growth with the addition of a national chain store and a new school being built.  If you travel 287 toward Dallas from the Golden Triangle you have probably passed through Chester.  Things tend to stay pretty consistent and it is your typical small town.   A trip to state is the buzz around town, and the talk before church services begin on Sunday.  This year’s graduating class will number 11.  We don’t have a radio station that covers the Yellowjackets.  We are never a lead story on any of the news stations that broadcast to our community. With all that said, there is a closeness and sense of pride in our community.  Every community rallies behind their kids as they progress into the playoffs.  We are proud of our boys as they have represented our community well and with class. We invite you to follow our boys as they go to state.  We welcome the greater SETX communities as honorary Yellowjackets.  Tune in, watch live or come to Round Rock personally and join us in supporting the Chester Yellowjackets.  Go ‘Jackets!!! ⚾️💜💛⚾️🟣🟡⚾️💜💛⚾️
