McCullers with a complete game 4 hitter allowing only 1 run.  He is going to be a good one.  He hit 98 on the gun tonight and throws a changeup that usually sits around 89-90.

 

Astros scored 3 runs on 3 solo Homeruns and only had 1 other hit the entire game.  They were 4 for 27 at the plate for a team BA of .148.   Oh well another one in the W column.

Astros should go after a bonafide ace pitcher to mesh in with Keuchel, McHugh and McCullers. We would become one of the top rotation in MLB. Hopefully they won't trade away their top prospects like Tucker or Singleton.

Luis Valbuena had 3 hits last night including 2 more homeruns.  He now has 19 on the year which is 5th in the mlb.  He only has 21 singles for a batting average of .195. 

 

I guess you take that from your 8 hole hitter. He pretty much describes the whole Astros team.  #CrushCity

Hard to believe with the way they have been scoring runs lately. Valbuena showed Pujols he's not the only one who can hit 2 homers in a game. Correa also had a 3 run blast. Can't wait till Sunday.
