baddog
as a true Astros fan I hope they can keep this up but I am also waiting for the bottom to fall out. I know they have won 11 of 12 but the last few years have shown they can lose 11 of 12 multiple times throughout the season. I hope the early season success will get the fans back out to the ballpark. Winning has that effect on fans. Mack, how many runs are the Astros projected to score now? Mr. Buddy Garrity
@SportsCenter: Houston on a roll! Astros win their 10th straight game as they slide past Mariners, 7-6. Evan Gattis: 2-4, 4 RBI http://twitter.com/SportsCenter/status/594977927500079104/photo/1 When the last time they won 10 straight? Congrats to them though. I remember the Astros starting out 10-0 in the 80s, but I think the stat read that they were only the fourth team to have a 10 win stretch within the first 25 games following a 95 loss season. What a stat. Only baseball keeps up with stats like this. Last team to do it was the '86 Indians (I believe) Pepper Brooks

PhatMack19
Astros win last night 3-2. New call up Preston Tucker had an RBI in the 9th to tie. Scouts predict great things for him.

AggiesAreWe
I think I will be losing $100 on the bet I made about how many games the Stros would win this season. I had under 80.

Sports10
I do. Hopefully he can keep it up and take Carter's place before long. He is getting hard to watch.
OldNedDog
Lance McCullers jr. just got promoted to Fresno. Hard throwing RHP. I'm pretty sure he was drafted the same year as Correa, who is also in Fresno Along with 2 of the top 5 picks in this years draft, future is looking bright! About time. bullets13
I wonder if they can keep it up. 7 of their 9 players in the lineup tonight are batting under .235, four under .200. Kinda hard to sustain success over a season doing that

Kinda hard to sustain success over a season doing that A 3 run HR and 3 strikeouts will produce 3 RBIs with a .225 average for one game. Not really the way you want to average it out, but that's what is happening. This is what Carter did last night

Not really the way you want to average it out, but that's what is happening. This is what Carter did last night Astros lead the league in homeruns, stolen bases, and strikeouts. They are dead last in batting average. I don't know if it's sustainable but it's fun to watch.
