NewtonNation Posted December 3, 2014 Report Posted December 3, 2014 25-22 score in the 4th quarter. Quote
Guest Posted December 3, 2014 Report Posted December 3, 2014 Bringing up what? Your not playing Yoe It wouldn't matter if you played them in the middle of I45 they still don't have a chance. If that's all they can say is you'll didn't play could at woodforest they are grasping for straws. Honestly the refs sucked that night. Quote
wildcat/nation09 Posted December 3, 2014 Report Posted December 3, 2014 Why bring up the past? Lol. Quote
purpleeagle Posted December 3, 2014 Report Posted December 3, 2014 Superstition is the work of the devil. I put my faith in someone way bigger and higher then superstition. Quote
Ty Cobb Posted December 3, 2014 Report Posted December 3, 2014 I'm missing something. Who keeps bringing this game up and why? Newton is playing Rogers and CAMERON is playing rockdale. Quote
GATA! Posted December 4, 2014 Author Report Posted December 4, 2014 They like the fact that we lost I guess, so this keeps getting thrown around and brought up, so I just kept it going and posted it here, this years team still has kids from that 2012 game Mr. Buddy Garrity 1 Quote
Uncle Pig Posted December 4, 2014 Report Posted December 4, 2014 Newton defensive staff had a hard time figuring out that man coverage wasn't working in this particular game. How many times did Yoe score(or have huge gains) on the bubble/slant. Quote
EaglesFootball Posted December 4, 2014 Report Posted December 4, 2014 No sir it wasn't the coaches it was the players I was on the sidelines during the game the slot corners were supposed to be lining up inside the receiver with underneath help by the ends that were dropped but the corners kept lining up head up an giving the inside you could hear the coaches hollaring at them on the field and was drawing it and talking about it on sideline so if the kids aren't Doing what they are told not sure how it was coaches fault the kids weren't executing the play. That's the problem these days people are quick to blame coaches for kids not executing what they are coached to do Ty Cobb 1 Quote

They should've read it. Number 2 receiver runs a bubble or an out and the corner jumps it...combo coverage. That's neither here nor there now...Rogers is at hand. I think we all know the bubble slant won't be an issue with them. Quote
