Uncle Si
Congratualtions to West Sabine QB/DB Reshod Williams. He was chosen as the "Built Ford Tough" player of the week for week 7. Reshod combined for over 500 all purpose yards in West Sabine's win over Joaquin.
pinelandflash
Through 8 games he has 2,287 yds. from scrimmage and 29 TD (16 passing, 11 rushing, 1 punt return, 1 fumble return). Just a great kid who is well deserving of this honor. The work ethic he has to go with his talent is unbelievable. Also one of the most humble kids I've ever seen. Three years in a row at WS with this award(2012-Desmond Lacey, 2013-Nick Williams, 2014-Reshod Williams). I'll go on record right now and say if he were 6'3 or 6'4 instead of 5'8 he would have D1 schools beating his door down....

ponderossa
He's ok but the QB from San Augustine is better.

You are so right, sir. And he would be the first to tell you all of that. As humble a kid as I have ever met....
pinelandflash
he still might tho! Yes you are right. Just sayin he would ALREADY have them if he were 6'4" with his talent level and work ethic....

One of our best running backs at corrigan is only 5'6 170 last year finished with 2,400 yards with 34td. This year he is already at 1,400 with 22 td. Great kid on and off the field! But I'm just afraid its gonna be hard to sale 5'6 as far as d1 goes
Uncle Si
He's ok but the QB from San Augustine is better. I don't ever recall anyone disputing that or even bringing that up. The award is not for the best QB, RB, WR, or whatever it's an award recognizing a great athletic perfomance of one game. There is really no need in you trying to turn this into something it's not. Troll much?................. smh!!!

tigerheart
Congrats to Reshod. Good kid who made a big time play (the strip 6) when his team needed it most. I would venture to say that was the most important single play for west Sabine this season to date.

He doesn't do that and WS is on the outside of the playoff situation looking in.........
