BMTSoulja1 Posted August 25, 2014 Report Posted August 25, 2014 Just learned that West Brook is extremely young this year.. Factor that and the fact that we have a lot of good returning starters ans letterman back could be an ingredient for a big win for my Jags... Quote
Yeoj Posted August 25, 2014 Report Posted August 25, 2014 34-7 Jaguars... Since we're being ridiculous. WB 63 Central 10 with the TD being late in a decided game! Quote

82 5A State Champs Posted August 26, 2014 Report Posted August 26, 2014 Ok, I'll chime in. Like usual, there is a load of talent on both sides of the ball, on both teams. Sorry to say, I have no faith in the current WB coaching staff. Different offensive, and defensive, scheme every year. That's not a way to build a winning program. Maybe I'll be wrong, and the Bruins accidentally squeak out a win, but my gut tells me Foreman will out coach Flanagan. BrookAlumni, Alpha Wolf and Mr Davis 3 Quote

BMTSoulja1 Posted August 26, 2014 Report Posted August 26, 2014 Well, the West Brooks coaching staff found a way to beat Central last year, so he knows something. And last year's Central team was pretty talented... Quote

82 5A State Champs Posted August 26, 2014 Report Posted August 26, 2014 Yes, they were. But, last year was Foreman s first year. So, there's a bit of a learning curve for his players. As far as the other, going 10-10, in two season, and no playoff appearances, speaks for itself. BrookAlumni 1 Quote
Alpha Wolf Posted August 26, 2014 Author Report Posted August 26, 2014 Who cares about the playoffs as long as the Bruins are the kings of Beaumont? Lol... Quote

Alpha Wolf Posted August 29, 2014 Author Report Posted August 29, 2014 Bored at work and trying to kill some time so I totaled up the votes according to the Pick'ems for the game tonight. As of 3 o'clock, 107 people have placed their picks. 54 picking the Jaguars and 53 picking the Bruins or 50.4% for the Jags and 49.6% for the Bruins. Can't get much closer than that. I hope that means we will have a good game tonight... BMTSoulja1 1 Quote
