I do like the jersey but I think its a little on the dark side for an away jersey. They should make it the Home Jersey !

I'm thinking that since the school colors are actually Columbian Blue, Red, White and Silver, the grey is the best representation of the silver without look gay.

  Lumberton has 8 winless seasons, including the last two years and an overall record of 157-316-7 for a winning percentage of .327.

 

 Lumberton actually has a better playoff record, they are 2-2( .500 wp) in playoff games while Vidor is 4-5 (.444 wp).

so basically vidor and lumberton are the same. they are both having the same results when playing up in a bigger conference.

I would say before criticizing Matthews realize he's taken them to the playoffs 4 of the 6 times the Pirates have made the playoffs. He has Vidor competitive every year. That wasn't the case before. People aren't knocking on the door to coach there either while he's very proud of his team.
