PAM has a lot of talent but something is missing.  You can’t come out struggle with teams you should dominate and then turn on the switch.  They get off to that signature slow start in the playoffs, it could be over before you know it.  LaPorte is scrappy, tricky, and doesn’t back down so it depends on their matchup, but a disciplined defense that stays home could give them fits. Good evaluation. It’s close to my bias opinion 😀 I think BH is the most complete team and PAM is the most raw talent team in the district.LP can cause match up problems, just ask BH. I mentioned once that they seem to be to BH how Vidor was to Crosby. Can’t explain it, but they give us fits. I hope we all three represent in the 1st round well. 

This was only an 8 point game last year, but Porter seems down this year for some reason. They returned their QB and 6 on offense while returning 8 on defense!  Eagles just need to take care of business.

We beat them 24-7 last year at BH. They were good on defense, but had no weapons on offense. I know they got some DIV 1 move ins from last year, but surprised they are so highly touted this year.

I was thinking the same. LP I think will give Forney the better game mainly because I do t think they have went against an offense like LP. Forney offense is fantastic,but their defense is.

Yeah I think BH treats this like the PAM game. They knew that they were not just trying to beat PAM but that they were trying to cover a spread to get the 1 seed. Coaches will have them grounded and ready to go. BH has to have a spy on Superman and press the corners on those stilt wideouts to control the spartan offenses. Not concerned on our offense especially if Mr. Rodriguez gets going  again because that just opens up everything.

If I was him I would Grab Stallworth for Friday. That way it doesn’t give you a short week heading into round 2 and it makes the other team travel 4-5 hours on a Friday.

With the big win by the Eagles over PAM they now control their own destiny! Win and they are the District Champs with the 1 seed going into the playoffs, but lose and they could potentially drop to the 4 seed. Huge game for the Eagles at Porter Friday night and they must bring their best to Randall Reed to finish the season. Porter sports an hell of an athlete at QB with two twin towers on the post routes. Porter is not a great team over all, but they play hard and can surprise a team if they aren’t focused. BH just needs a win and to walk out of there healthy. Who you got?
