2. They are on the left side of the page. I had reload the page on my laptop to get it to show this years schedule, it came right up on my phone.
 3. They are posted on the STJFL website.
 4. I thought that there was a mandatory 4 quarter suspension for throwing a punch. They have video of it and that would punish the ones that couldn't keep their emotions under control but not the ones that could.
 5.

Absolutely that both teams are at fault.  This says a lot as well about the control the coaches have over their players.  I can not say it enough:  if you are proactive as a coach, these actions and unruly behavior can be prevented.  The officials also should have been more proactive in calling unsportsmanlike penalties when players start using profanity on the field toward one another. By not doing so, they also did not establish control in the game.
AGREED
I agree, it sounded like the officials lost control of the game. It was headed that way and was never stopped by thee officials. The coaches also have the duty to see whom is doing what and taker them off the field and get control of them...
 6. Me and my family are so proud of these young men. They are representing our community, their school, and their families so well. They are great ambassadors for Vidor on and off the field, fine young men.
 7.
What if, by chance, the other team has fans in attendance?  Should you ask them to be quiet when Ned has the ball too? That  would be so helpful.
I had thought this was understood, being quiet when your offense is at the line of scrimmage before the snap. Of course the other teams fans should be making noise when you have the ball but that doesn't mean that you should help them. One of the advantages the offense has is the snap count, which is irrelevant if your own fans are making noise so that you can't hear the qbs signals. I know this got Vidor in a 4 thand short causing us to get an illegal procedure penalty forcing us to punt.

Wow, I sure wouldn't think to try and run outside against Ozen on 4th and 2..??
I guess it was 4 down territory, but their kicker had already made a 40 yarder, that would have been about a 42
I agree with going for it on 4th, just question the play call. I don't think I would count on getting the corner against Ozen.

 10.
When i ask about offense line I'm talking speed and size wise because Angleton i think has one true lineman on the dline and other then that they rush speeds guys off the edge who have average lb size.
Sounds about what Montgomery did last night. The line is not big, I think in the paper the other day it said they avg 209.
 11. Times are posted now. PNG W vs Vidor W @1 WOS vs Lum W      @5
 12.
As a Vidor fan... Why in the heck would we want to rest our starters? This is football, not gymnastics. You have a chance to finish out in 2nd place, and play an easier team in the first round.
We are pretty much set as the 2nd in d1, unless some how Ned lost their remaining 2 games (which I don't see happening). That said I wouldn't think they would change what we have been doing this far, unless it's giving Bolinger another week to recover.
 13. Yeah, that's the way it is shaping up. Vidor W and PNG P play 2 weeks in a row.
 14.
You can just about predict the entire bracket.  The 4 teams going from D1 are PNG W, Lum W, Bmt G, Vid W.  The 3 for sure in D2 are WOS, PNG P, and Ned G.  BMT B and Vid B are fighting out for the 4th seed (should be a great matchup this weekend in BMT).  Based on how I interpret tiebreakers etc... Unless Bmt G beats Lum W in week 9 the order I listed the teams in should be the playoff teams in that order. I have been wrong before, but tell me where I am off if it is not correct. Birddog
If Bmt G loses to Lum W and Vidor W beats Ned B, then Vidor W would be the 3rd place team. Since Vidor W won this past weekend. Bmt G would end with a possible 5-3 division record ( assuming a loss to Lum W and a win over Kountze), Vidor would end with a 6-2 division record ( assuming a Win over Ned B, PNG P is a non divisional game that doesn't matter one way or the other).
 15. Isn't PNG's enrollment higher than Ned? If so,Vidor making the playoffs would really throw off his rankings and potential match ups. That would put Vidor and PNG (or PNG and Vidor) in d1 and Ned and Liv d2.

 18.
Livingston went for it on 4th downs. PNG stopped em I think 2 or 3 times on 4th down plays. The D for PNG played a descent game. The O gave the ball up in deep territory to many times. Livingston is a good team with lots of speed. Their O will wear your D down if you allow them to stay on the field. Great game, closer than the score indicates. Stats on total were fairly close. ? How does a Defense have a delay of game ? By barking offensive signals, whether it be the snap count or line calls..
