Nederland has been god awful on offense the last several years...we welcome the change but I think we'll be better on defense than offense two D1 LBs help with that
-
"Last year was last year this year is this year"....Mike Johnston head coach Katy Tigers 2000 Nederland will line up under center something PN-G I don't imagine will be doing too much
-
Those scrimmages did not go well...probably will see a slow start from Newton but get better as the season progresses
-
From what I understand he transferred to beaumont kelly
-
I don't think high scores are going to be Nederland's M.O. this year...it's going to be ball control and a good defense definitely different from the other teams in 8-5A...the thing I'm waiting to see is how will the passing game look
-
That's because HF is good
-
Our defense is way better this year the attitude of this team is night and day from last year...Hubert Thomas is really going to be the centerpiece of the offense this year
-
They've got a really good db this year in Courland Guillory who's committed to Oklahoma their weakness is the defensive line which is a bad sign when you play PN-G this year
-
LCM has some size on the offensive line this year they'll get some wins this year for sure

Coach Rich gets win #1

It's a scrimmage you know what they say about those but it'll likely be a 4 quarter game instead of a controlled scrimmage so there's that🤷♂️ -

Title defense starts soon for the Indians...
NHSBulldogFan replied to prepballfan's topic in High School Football
The question for this year's team is who is the x-factor you could count on Shea Adams for those short yardage situations the question is who's that guy this year..Indians will be fine in the run game with the offensive line and a guy that's the 2nd coming of Justin Eicher -

There hasn't been many seniors to speak of the last two years so that ain't saying much....Ayden is a competitor not the best QB I've seen at Nederland but he is a leader that's for sure we'll miss his leadership next year -

2024 DCTF Cover Revealed TODAY at Noon
NHSBulldogFan replied to Matthew328's topic in High School Football
I look at it like the teacher Gary and the student Jeff sitting in his seat...it could be worse it could have been Gary Joseph on the cover with Borat... I'm sure Gary was delighted to be on the cover of Texas Football Magazine with his son -
It's the Katy offense FB and TE bootlegs occasional one back sets etc.

Weather should be better for tomorrow...we'll see
