Trump, Netanyahu Strike Iranian Mullahs!

He was wrong. We have been trying since 1970 to prevent them from a nuclear weapon….seems nothing has worked. -
If Trump and team pull off maintaining house and senate at mid-terms, I’m going to start an “excuse” thread. I can’t WAIT to see who they blame it on.

Medals.....Voice chat I thought a smart guy like you could understand what I was saying.

If honoring troops is "using", then what are the metals for? Also, if honoring troops makes his enemies look bad, is that on Trump or the enemies?

No idea….but I would assume you need the witness to prove it was a kidnapping.

I wonder in a cash settlement would be possible if victims drop charges? Boykin's have real money

Victim blaming now? According to me? Where did I say he was a sorry lawyer? I’ll help you, I didn’t. Now there is reporting from the sorry lawyer(your words, not mine) that he had no clue he was being recorded…..this is looking worse and worse… You’re posting just to post with orange man bad attitude….which is not working in this case….again, spend a little time researching

It is at the bottom of he post. He is an ex 20 year DOJ prosecution attorney. He knows the workings of the dept. You proved my point calling out us, when you have no idea either. In another post he points out: In the phone call that was tapped with Wiles, her attorney agreed to the let the FBI tap the call and knew it. Her Lawyer allowed a privileged call to be recorded by a third party. The lawyer broke privilege, which he is not allowed to do. The client (Wiles) has to break the privilege. So while not a crime, it exposes the lawyer to sanction against his license. Since it was privileged, nothing in the call could be used. So the FBI agent/lawyer who set it up was fired, and rightly so. If you are going to claim something, do a little research and from a real lawyer not a lawyer that post for clicks

Not a Paul fan in some things. I believe we are going to see a Vance/Rubio ticket. -
and you do? The FBI recording of a conversation between Susie Wiles and her attorney when her attorney was aware. In the FBI files there will be multiple forms of documentation about this. This is called "consensual monitoring" -- where one party to the conversation is aware the FBI is listening and recording but the other does not, and the party that is aware agrees to that. The FBI cannot do this on its own. It must seek and obtain approval from a DOJ prosecutor to do so. Some states have laws against one-party consent -- called "Two Party" states -- and require both parties to be aware and agree that the call is going to be monitored and recorded. Others are what is called "One-Party" states. Florida is a Two-Party state -- meaning the call as described was a violation of state law. The FBI is allowed to violate state law while conducting an investigation -- same principle as undercover work. But the attorney involved, if also in Florida and a member of the Florida State Bar, likely is not protected in all respects. The FBI could authorize him to violate Florida law -- but there will be another FBI document showing that as well. That document does not protect him for violations of his ethical obligations that apply to his license. And lets not forget that the FBI only investigates crimes. To get to the point of having a recorded call between a "subject" and that persons attorney, whatever this investigation was has proceeded well down the tracks. Finally, there are a host of DOJ Regulations about the manner in which attorneys can be investigated with regard to allegations of criminal conduct against their clients or others. Finally, you don't just hook up an attorney in a consensually monitored call without having a detailed history recorded in the case file about how you got to that point. It is highly likely this call was going to happen according to a "script" -- the FBI/DOJ had specific issues they wanted the attorney to discuss or ask about. _ShipwreckedCrew Lets see what happens.......
