Poor Lumberton has been all over the news of late. At least they can say one thing, they are not Port Arthur.

Isn't it beautiful being in the outdoors. Seeing the wild animals in their native habitat. Watching them go about their day to day struggles to get through life and to procreate. To have them parade in front of you in the lovely awe of nature. Then kill them and eat their flesh.

I was definitely tired. Between the cold and me having to hold the hood closed with my hands so it would not leak made it difficult to get some nap time.

Normally you cannot get a copy of a police report, especially where charges are pending. All they can find out is if he was arrested, when he was arraigned and if he gets indicted. Realistically, how much do they need? Are they going to make their decision on what the original reason for the traffic stop was?

Is it hot here? I talked to a guy a few years ago that had moved here from Chicago after his company transferred him. It was around the end of March and it was about 84 degrees and in the vicinity of 60% humidity. The poor guy was having a rough time in the "heat". He asked me if it got any hotter later in the summer. ;D

Maybe Roc has already tried some other ways and it hasn't sunk in. I applaud the move if it was needed. If there was discipline problems on the team, maybe this move will make it sink in. But since no one on here appears to know what really happened, I guess we can wait and see.

I would say that also but sitting out in the rain/sleet and trying to hold a poncho over my head like a tent is not conducive to a peaceful sleep. Add the 29 degree temp and the sleet hitting the poncho did not help the cause.

Don't get bothered because I don't know the history of Jasper and Silsbee. I am not sure why you think I should be familiar with Jasper and Silsbee history or what they did 50-80 years ago anymore than you should know about Nederland and PN-G. I don't know if Jasper and Silsbee have been playing continuously since 1925 or earlier. Have they? When did they start playing and what is their record? I asked the question 3 days ago in this thread and never got an answer. I know that they have both been rivals of late due to being in the same district sometimes. I said they may be in the category of some of the great rivalries. I am not familiar with their history so I left it at that. I don't think I have ever heard anyone ever talking about Jasper/Silsbee outside of these boards but I don't imagine that Nederland is a hot topic around downtown Jasper either. Why should they be? PN-G and Nederland have played 83 times since 1925 and PN-G leads the series with Nederland 46-30-7.

Any fish that hits your bait at 50+ mph is a fun fish on light line. Spanish are a blast to catch on light spinning reels.
