What are the new rules?

Well it’s quite simple…coaches who know what they’re doing know they need TALENT to win at a high level consistently & will go about acquiring that talent at all cost. This is why as a coach choosing a school/district who prioritizes athletics is extremely important. Stay away from districts who don’t have open enrollment & ones that continue to build a bunch of schools. If a school has open enrollment…kids can attend no matter where they live, this isn’t recruiting at all, it’s simply called using open enrollment to your advantage. That’s why you see schools like NS, Desoto, DV, SOC etc being able to acquire a mass amount of talent year in & year out.

Not at all…semi-final & state games were played in Jan 2021 (Covid pushed season back) but counted for the 2020 season. I coached in those games I think I would know! We followed up & won state in Dec of that same year 2021 which was my last season coaching.

Nope they didn’t play in 2021 either!

Looking like Deja Vu from 2021 all over again…NS got upset by WL to end 3 peat…then DV got upset by SLC.

Not sure why Gaston chose to play this game at Katy ISD stadium…same team & same place we lost in 2021 and costed us a 3 peat. Yes I’m superstitious lol

14-3 Westlake…Katy ISD stadium has never been good to NS in this match up!

I told you last year 21-6A is the best district in the state! Two teams don’t make a district good…if Atascocita had the luxury to go play in the D2 bracket they’d have several state titles by now.

Someone let @navydawg31 know that yet again 21-6A again has two teams in the state semi-finals! He said this wasn’t the best district in the state 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Not saying that but go look at SOC record before Todd showed & started getting “players” to come to SOC! Players are the most important ingredient to any coach’s success

Not at all..exact same coaching staffs from last year. Only difference in this game was Jimmy’s & Joes

For all my people that believe coaching matters over talent…care to explain this outcome? Did Joseph forget how to coach this year?

Ain’t paying like a 6A job especially this one in particular that’s rumored to come open and has an AD title attached to it

On another note, PNG better be ready to back up the brinks truck for Joseph! There’s some big time 6A jobs that I’m hearing will open up here soon and he’ll be at the top of the list!

Sucks that this game is in the 4th round this year & not a state title trilogy! However whoever wins this one better buckle for the state finals because Richmond Randle is no joke!
