With the UIL allowing three and four teams to go to the playoffs, I was wondering what was considered a great program now.  So I came up with this criteria for a ten year window, tell me what you think.
1. Exceptional- multiple state championship appearances and at least one title in ten years
2.Great- Semis or better three times 
3. Good- Second round or better in five of ten years
4. Average- Playoffs in five of ten years
5. Decent- Playoffs in three or less years
6. Below- Two or below playoff appearances in ten years
 
This is not perfect but i am just curious of what will be said

It just depends on the zone boundaries.  West Brook will take a hit in my opinion.  I don't know if it will be enough for them to drop.  I think Ozen will be the greatest benefactor.  If divided properly, Beaumont should have 3 5A high schools.  Could you imagine that district...

If Central had Pasadena and King had Channelview- how did the game end up at Pearland?
Price offered to flip home and home- so the game could have easily been at the Butch. Personally, I would preferred any of the choices ( Pasadena, Channelview or either home stadium ) to driving to Pearland on a THURSDAY night. 

Yates is not eliminated yet.  They sit 2-2 in district with three games to go.  When you deal with HISD, anything came happen.

Still here Buddy. I like the Panthers this week if our Defense shows up.  We lost alot of guys to graduation and our young kids need to be ready to play or it will some crazy high scoring games this year.

Not saying my football IQ is very high, but I do know the definition of IQ. Arguing about football isn't debating your football IQ, rather, you use your football IQ to argue topics. It's not a topic to be debated. Maybe if you refrained from name-calling and talking about how much smarter you are than everyone, people would actually take your posts seriously. Man I'm extremely sorry if I offended you and your minion.. I was just looking to get some active stats for the Every mighty Crosby program.. I can see that I have upset you and would like to deeply apologize.. I will keep googling stats for your school to get the information myself.. Might take longer than expected because my Mac has obviously crashed... Every time I Google Crosby playoff runs, etc, nothing is coming up... In the mean time if anyone has this information feel free to post it for me so I can put it in my archives... Although I will have to start a new folder since mine is full, my secondary folder is also full with Nederland and WOS data.. But I have one ready for it when the info arrives... In the mean time I'm getting with Apple to figure out why this info doesn't pull up for me... I'm not the most computer literate person you know, I spend most of my time directing buses to the Isle of Capri, however when they get lost, I just tell them to Google PNG Indians, they can find a map on the website with lots of other information as well... Once again sorry I upset YALL... Just a ole dumb redneck here that lives in small town... Size of a dot really......

The coach plays a role in the teams success. Just like the kids make a coach look good. It is often the combo of kids and coach that mae the right fit. That is why some are successful at some places and not at others. If you love or hate coach price, it doesn't matter. What matters is that a bunch of kids are being successful. That is what counts imo.

First of all, Boys in Blue-- thanks for the support for the Panthers but ease up a little.  Don't lose your cool.
 
Second, BMT Soulja/Big Ford-  C. E. King made the third round in 87 and 89.  Struggled a little lately but trying to bring the program back under Price. Not sure who we will get from 22-5A but have enjoyed the game atmosphere in the past.  Good luck in the playoffs.
 
Finally, Dayton 9210 --I do not believe it would have matter if it was week 3 or week 10 - King got Dayton this year.  Good luck next year.
