FOR SALE: I'm selling my "white privilege" card. It's in mint condition.

It has never been used, not even one time.
Reason for selling is that it hasn't done
a damn thing for me! No free college, no free
food, no free housing, no free anything. I
actually had to go to work every day of my life while paying a boatload of taxes to carry those
    who chose not to work!

If you're interested, I prefer cash but
would be willing to do an even trade for a
Race Card which seems much more widely accepted and comes with countless benefits if you fit the profile!

Interested? Contact me on my "free" Government paid for, Non-Obama
cell phone that I pay for every month…

    Serious buyers only!

Now that is the funniest scheit I have read in years...

The article you posted talked about vaccination which is a preventive measure and not a cure and the covid vaccine is not killing a lot of people.

"covid vaccine is not killing a lot of people."

So over 5000 deaths as reported to the CDC's VAERS system is not a lot. Or maybe this one, Rare Heart Inflammation Following COVID-19 Vaccination Sparks Emergency CDC Meeting.

So congratulations to all of you for being part of the largest unproven drug trial in human history.

BTW did you know that nurses are quiting their careers when being forced to take the vaccine, Houston Methodist Hospital. Colleges are mandating students to have the vaccine but not the high risk 60+ intellectual wind bags that teach. Better yet when the three know it alls were in front of congress a week or so ago and asked about their staffs receiving the vaccine, all stated less then 50% compliance?

The problem is that most smaller school districts will now not be able to afford to hire retired teachers due to the fact that they will have to kick in the 15% to TRS.

Before, if a retired teacher sat out a year (which is mandatory) then rehired to teach (which enables the teacher to draw two salaries) that teacher had to kick in the 15% of the rehire salary to TRS.

There are a lot of school districts that hire retired teachers but having them pay the 15% will knock most of these districts  out of the loop.

My wife just retired from teaching after 32 years. We are moving to the beach. She had planned to sit out her mandatory year and hire in at either East Chambers, Hamshire-Fannett, High Island or Galveston ISD (Crenshaw Elementary on Bolivar). Other than GISD, I highly doubt the other school districts will be willing to hire due to the 15%.

Since I did not read the bill and have no dog in this fight, my only statement would be. 15% depending on pay would be somewhere between $6500-$7500 in cost to a district. Show us one school district that could not afford an estimated $41 per day extra for a teacher with xx years experience.

You said you never met a Christian that wasn’t a hypocrite, I would say that means ALL.

    Busted

You did take English in school, I mean like at least middle school English ?

Where in Websters big book do you find the definition of never to mean all?

Kind of curious about ol' Jessamyn though:  If yoga is polluted -- then why is she partaking?!

Think I will have nightmares on the photo in the article you shared, almost threw up in my mouth, thanks a bunch.;)

Yes, many of the pure Sports members avoid this part of the Forum.  There are a few liberal nut jobs who constantly get banned for name calling and language.  When someone cannot defend their position, ugliness is all they have left.  😂😂😂

Yes I will admit I am new to this forum, but from what I have read and experienced it's not just liberal nut jobs, there are quite a few conservative nut jobs as well. Fact of the matter is some if not most of the posters here would get eaten alive on Disqus forums.

Not sure there's an uproar here either.  There is a a difference though, Whataburger has always been a company with deep Texas roots.  Would hate to guess how many ball parks carry their name.

"Would hate to guess how many ball parks carry their name."

One in Corpus Christi thats how many and Academy had just as deep roots as Whataburger.

So all Christians are hypocrites, says the guy who doesn't approve of judging folks, lol.

See you couldn't just scroll on by you had to add the word ALL, to get a rise out of me when that was never said, "so called christian hypocrites".

    So nice try but fail...

"doesn't approve of judging" Who did I judge? I just shared quotes from the Bible that talk about judging

    Also a fail.

Hey there friend, just like I tell my granddaughter, I'm not judging anyone. My beliefs are based on what God thinks and what his word says. To say that I'm judging is in fact judging me, but I'm Ok with that. We all probably own some level of hypocrisy, me included, whether we admit it of not. However, God loves the sinner but hates the sin and he's no hypocrite.

"To say that I'm judging is in fact judging me"

Yes it is a double edge sword, but you understand. I think its fine that you teach your grandchildren as you probably taught your children to be believers and have faith.

And as a non believer, I can say with an open mind and heart to you and your family, have a blessed day.

As a non-believer, would you want your kids taught religion at your publicly funded school?

That's the same way that Christians feel when schools indoctrinate kids with lessons on sexuality that run opposite to the Bible.

My guess is that you wouldn't say "If a parent chooses to let their children watch it that is their decision, I my grown children allow their children, my grand babies to watch it, NMB" in regards to a mandatory Bible study period in public school 3x a week.

When my 4 kids were in school, Klein ISD, I knew what they were teaching. My wife at the time taught in the district and I had a working relationship with the Superintendent.

My belief is irrelevant to that question as my children were given the choice to believe and attend church or not. So for you to guess about my opinion on "mandatory bible study period" we know that would never happen at all. But should that ever happen at a "publicly funded school", I would hope they would teach all religions not just one.

So if you understand the First Amendment, Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or PROHIBITING THE FREE EXERCISE THEREOF; if the school board votes for that curriculum and they were going to teach a course on Different Religions of the World. Then no I would not have a problem if it was that a history of religion. Educate not indoctrinate.

Yep, read it.  My post was in response to Whataburger being no longer Texan run and possibly becoming "woke" if run by the Chicago crowd.

No I get that, I just find it funny that there was never a big uproar when Houston started/based Academy sold out to the Investment bankers and took the brand to more states then the Gochman brothers could ever imagine.

What is your opinion about what Nickelodeon is doing?

By the way, if you think the Bible tells us not to ever judge the actions of others, you're wrong.

I have no opinion on Nickelodeon as I don't have a dog in the hunt. If a parent chooses to let their children watch it that is their decision, I my grown children allow their children, my grand babies to watch it, NMB.

And to your question about the Bible, I'm a non-believer and it's exactly because of the so called christian hypocrites. That was my only reason for posting, bring up your christian teaching of love as ye shall be loved and they sound just like your average liberal. As long as you agree with the way I view religion, your fine, but if you don't agree with the love the sinner hate the sin, you're not a "real christian".

Never met a christian that also wasn't a hypocrite...

Jessamyn Stanley is a yoga instructor and “body activist” (what's that?).

Jessamyn is making headlines for some reason after blaming white supremacy for polluting yoga.  Again -- say WHAT?!   LOL!!

Still looking for those brown people from India that invented Yoga 5000 years ago to make the same claim.

True story. I'm have too many discussions weekly with my 12 year old granddaughter explaining why we, as Christians, oppose to LGBTQ, gay pride, pride month etc. All the while Nicleodean is promoting, indoctrinating the gay life acceptance. She wants to know why I hate gay people. (that's what she's being fed). I'm defending my beliefs to her and trying to explain that we love gay people, love the sinner, hate the sin.

"why we, as Christians, oppose to LGBTQ, gay pride, pride month etc."

Yes what's that you "Christians say"

I judge all things only by the price they shall gain in eternity.

None knows the weight of another's burden.

For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you.

He that well and rightly considereth his own works will find little cause to judge hardly of another.

None are more unjust in their judgments of others than those who have a high opinion of themselves.

Compassion will cure more sins than condemnation.

"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.

"love the sinner, hate the sin." If you loved the "sinner" you wouldn't oppose their actions, its called hypocrisy...

Jobama Dumped Trump’s Cheap Insulin Program On Same Day He Promised 500 MILLION Vaccines For Other Countries!

This is the hidden content, please

Rough estimate of $10B to $14B we taxpayers get to spend on other countries problems. All for a virus so deadly you have to get tested for to know if you have it and a vaccine that we now know has killed over 4000 and making those under 30 taking it experience heart problems.

Guarantee  they will blame Trump for those deaths as the administration pushes it on to a younger population causing more health problems.
