Anahuac (13) @ Hardin (33) - FINAL

If you are reading this thread you probably know 3A Anahuac is in 3rd place. Thats the situation. -
I am NOT predicting a winner, but wanted to share this since you are so interested in it. Enjoy! [Hidden Content] Shares of Donald Trump’s social media company shot up 21% on the day after the Republican presidential nominee’s campaign rally in New York City. DJT stock surpassed its recent peak in mid-summer, which followed Trump nearly getting assassinated at a rally in Pennsylvania. Trump Media’s recent gains have coincided with a shift in the Republican’s favor on political betting sites such as Polymarket and Kalshi, even as polls show a neck-and-neck race.

There was ZERO overflow. There was ample open seating available on the Ball side the whole game. Those people were sitting on BH side just to stir up trouble. -
2023 Dallas Cowboys
Separation Scientist replied to Ty Cobb's topic in Professional Sports- NFL, NBA, MLB, Etc
You said "Dak is a good QB", all metrics disagree with that. If you want to say Dak "was" a good QB or Dak "has been" a good QB, thats plausible. But Dak is not paid to just be a "good QB". He is paid to be "transendingly great" and able to lift and carry his team to the SB. Brady did exactly that with the Patriots for example. That is just not going to happen in Dallas with Dak. I see no path for him to ever achieve transending greatness after age 32. Dak is in slow decline. The Cowboys should cut losses now and give up on Dak, and rebuild from ground up. JMO. -

Dax is not good. He is poor. He is the 23rd ranked QB in the NFL. X: Dak Prescott has multiple interceptions in 4 games this season, the most in the NFL. Justin Fields (benched), Andy Dalton (near end of career sub in) and Bo Nix (rookie) are all better than Dax right now. And Dak makes something like 10X the money of all those three, combined. -

It was! I don't know what happened but a fire was lit! The atmosphere was electric and the team and coaches were pumped. I have never seen the staff so amimated on the sidelines and the players fed off of it. Young BH was out athleted but rose to the challenge over and over, they refused to lose. Thats so great to see after lettting some close games slip away. Absecks Eagles soared Friday night. One game does not make a trend, but if we can maintain that same fire, effort and will to win, BH will be a dangerous opponent for anyone. -
Ned - SF? BH is 13-0 and Ned is 12-1, but Ned still has BH at home. They could both end up 13-1, correct?

Is WB better than previously thought? They might have an outside chance. Next week WB gets Ball at Doggett, and trust me Ball is pretty banged up after last night. -

Some might remember I said two years ago that hyping the kid to the sky as a Freshman, saying he would start for North Shore as a Freshman, etc was entirely wrong! It placed a very unfair burden on a 14 year old by delusional adults, and honestly that included some immeadiate family. This current situation is evidence of exactly what I said. BTW some of these same adults have apparently dissapeared from this site. Go figure. -

You are 100% right. Thats 2 points they took away from BH. Thats one huge mistake the refs made that could have cost BH the game. -

I think the refs called a pretty good game, but they let too much Ball attitude go unchecked on the field. Balls #0 and #3 should have been ejected IMO. I was impressed BH largely did not respond to their provocations. Then there were the fans. Way too many Ball fans were purposly sitting on the vistors side. Before anyone gets excited, I don't have a problem with that in general. But some Ball students were there with the sole intention to taunt BH fans. Its wrong but stupid kids do stupid things like that. Worse than that though were the Ball adults stitting in the middle of the BH fanbase doing the exact same. Just looking for trouble. Why go there? Do we really need any of that? Is this a common thing Ball fans do or is this just targeting of BH? No BH fans were on Balls side. Don't start trouble! -

I vaguely remember something about a Columbus player, a lineman, dieing. Did they lose someone? I hope I am wrong. -
Yep. Bad behavior is rewarded in this world.
