Thunder has developed. Might be awhile before a restart. The two later games will be pushed back for sure.

Weather delay after 3.5. Blue skies and bright sun overhead. Still 5-3.

Solo HR by CA, then Liberty plates 5! Liberty 5-3 after 3.

CA 2 Liberty 0 after 1. Two base running errors by Liberty.

BH has had a great ride. Tomorrow they will face not only an elite softball team but the whole Aledo / DFW mystique. Aledo wins State in everything all the time like clockwork. I just hope BH can just give it their all and not be too intimidated. Safe travels to all.

I saw two Aledo fans, guys in their late 50’s grinning ear to ear after watching BH in the early game. I think they are thinking Aledo has it in the bag facing BH.

That’s why I have been preaching to totally disregard the rankings (in the softball forum). At this point in the season they are meaningless. Max preps has TONS of good info but ignore the rankings.

Now the 3A Final is still set for UT. Liberty Bullard at Georgetown Eastview and Iowa Park Calallen at GT HS. What a MESS.

An the theory is the 3A game starts a 6:30. UT is not going to be able to handle it.

UIL indicates a 5:30 start time, OR a move to Turf field OR game could be rescheduled for tomorrow. Right now it’s a no go at UT.

At 2:50 it’s raining here much harder than it was an hour ago. I do not think they will play at 3.
