I thought this was a game day thread and i see ur super salty!!  the transfer thingy goes both ways ..kids in Houston are less stable than pretty much anywhere else in the state  . I see it’s kinda hard for most on here  to  understand that ..most of  you  all want to draw  the line up until the point to where it stops benefiting you ... Stop knit picking and congratulate the kids for their accomplishments

Green deserves a little more than minimal blame. He should have seen that slow start and nipped that in the bud right then. Is like none one had a sense of urgency until it was to late. But it’s only so much a coach can do, the kids shouldn’t have even been like that in the first place with a do or die game. 
 
SC also came out with a hell of a game plan, doing the same thing the team last year did In the playoffs when we lost, make us shooters. 

So what you are saying is that you don't like the coach and the new students at HF? 🤔 You honestly think schools who hire good coaches don't attract talent and retain the talent they have? The problem is really that you don't like Coach Rideaux and that's evident, but the hundreds of folks that crowded the gym and thousand that followed them in their two playoff games think otherwise 🤷‍♂️. HF is an open enrollment campus and can accept kids from outside the district just like HJ can. They have their stipulations and grade requirements for these students that apparently are being followed. I know for sure that many of the new faces actually live in the district and was actually attending other schools outside of it. With the hiring of Coach Rideaux, they simply transferred to the school they are zoned for. Are you making the accusation that these kids aren't smart and are in some way bypassing HF standards because of sports? 🤔 I know for sure one kid that is looking to transfer there next year is National Honor society and will graduate top of his class sooooo.....

Don't get it twisted,  hell  of a game plan from SC and great play from #3 for them.  Thia kid balled and played I'm foul trouble for the moat part.  I'm the 4th, he made ALL those clutch free throws and pushed his team to the win...

Yates didn't play because of injury I believe...

I would’ve liked to see the freshman Yates play more. He’s the best shooter on the team and BU had no answer for the zone

I know this man would’nt think about another job while he’s preparing for a playoff game and he just lost Last night. So ur saying u found out this information this morning? Some of you people are really disgusting human beings. Y’all come on here and talk about people y’all know absolutely nothing about. It’s simply disgusting and distasteful

A lot of folks around the basketball world would argue that the PG for HJ was the 2nd best player in 22-4A this year. #22 was as good as any one in that district at the post. He had 20 against Yates. Not bad for a role player.

Man U sound ridiculous Adams lived in the west end of Beaumont Texas throughly his entire silsbee career and played at Vincent middle school. Did not have to sit out one minute at silsbee. You are a hypocrite. U bash some and gives others passes aren’t u an administrator of this forum? Just sad 

Washington is a good team. They press a lot and have a bunch of 3 point shooters. Some of y’all have to stop looking at records to see how good teams really are. This game will come down to who is able to play their style better. Fast pace vs methodical. Should be a real good one

I'm on the fence with the whole recruiting issue. However, I can say if you're going to do some of the things Yates has supposedly done, don't get upset when Yates gets criticized for it.
