Hey, I gotta give Crosby a little bit... They could have just fallen and stayed down, but they didn't. They continued to play hard and got better. When I saw Crosby play Dayton, I didn't think Crosby was any good at all, I just knew that Dayton was terrible. 
But they got better, and put together some wins. Congrats.

Magnolia scored 35, Kingwood Park scored 35 and PNG just scored 35. That’s pretty much a 1/3 of your games where you gave up 35 points on a weak schedule. I believe that was Branch’s first game even playing and Dunn played a good portion of the game at qb, he looks completely different now after a few games. BH’s defense was greatly helped by the wind that night too, to the point Crosby didn’t even punt past the sticks one time in the first quarter plus an awful interception. 
 
Crosby’s defense held PNG to 7 while BH gave up 35. If I do what you did with Crosby and Manvel I can also say BH’s defense isn’t good because PNG only scored 30+ points four times all year. 4A Silsbee, a bad Lee defense, a worse Dayton defense and BH. You’re still judging the way you played off a Crosby team that isn’t very good. There’s a reason BH hasn’t ever won a playoff game in 5A, reality rolls around in November. 

Crosby finishes off a struggling opponent the way you’re supposed to going into the playoffs. Crosby puts up their first 50 point game under the new staff as well as their first 600 yard output. I’m not certain but I also believe this is our first turnover free game this season and the least pre-snap penalties we’ve had all year. It’s how you want to look at the end of the season, even if it’s only for one more week.
 
Solid stat line for the transfer qb making his 4th start:
15-22, 265 yards and 3tds/13 carries for 126 yards and 2tds 

Man, Who know's they just lost a heart breaker to Manvel. 
But got Blown out by Marshall earlier in the year. 
And lost to FB Dulles which is a 2 win team this year. 
Willowridge should be a heavy favorite versus Crosby, but they have not actually beat anyone good this year. (kinda like the Cougs.) 

These schools that couldn’t take care of business by themselves hoping Crosby will lose. SMH.  Sitting around waiting for handouts. Hmmm....sounds familiar. 

LOL! You better get a cougar voodoo doll, because I can’t see Lee winning this game.  

I see Lee winning this one in a close game.  Crosby will have fumbleitis and Lee will capitalize.  Go Ganders.

Well, then we would be one and done or two and done like Crosby an the rest of the District.😂

Hagar I found you some tidbits of hope! Lee beat Crosby in 2010 and Lee lost to them last year 30 to 28! But I think Crosby is going to beat down Lee pretty bad this year. Peace Out

I want to play BH, Dayton, and Crosby. I know BH will do what it can to not let that happen.

Barbers Hill and Crosby disappointed me the most by beating PNG. 

Middle School football is no indication of how HS will be. Nice record though.

I believe Crosby has the athlete’s to win but I give BH the Coaching edge. This game may be closer than you think. Hoping for no injuries.

I don’t know. That sounds like a pretty far-fetched theory.

Dayton beat us for years as well and look where they are now. Maybe your time is over too? Not sure who your son is, but hope he has healed and playing on Saturdays.

Now we have to listen to this after one win against the cougs. crosby has owned bh for years. lol man i wish my son didnt get hurt last year, we would have dropped 60 on every team in the district. 

yea because of how rarely it has occurred. 

It’s very possible that Crosby could take this, but it would require the Eagles to beat themselves IMO. The Eagles have played pretty smart this year, so I wouldn’t count on them imploding now. Plus there is only one team that BH enjoys beating more than Dayton and that would be the Coogs! I look for BH to be jacked going into this game!

Bh losses this one. They run into a good defense and wonder why their running game doesn't work, throw a couple picks and that turns the game.

Eagles by 3 TD's they impressed me with their play last night

I think BH gets another shutout win at home.
