I appreciate your perspective. My concern is that we’ve never had a president upset a healthy economy in such fashion. A self inflicted recession is unheard of. The consequences can’t be known, but odds are they won’t be good.
What lives might those be? He aggravated the last crisis so badly over a million of us died. Led the world in deaths. Trump just wants to be number one at everything, mismanaged or not.
That’s a good strategy for a 50 year old. Not everyone is 50. Doesn’t work so well for a 70 year old. We made contributions for 40 years. Now we have to take mandatory DISTRIBUTIONS. Your myopia is showing.
What are you even talking about? If everything goes up 20% how will we buy more later? Even if manufacturing moves here because of tariffs (which it won’t) it’ll take years to plan, design and build new facilities.
He can’t do either, so what’s your point? He could act with a little dignity, and I would respect him for it. He can’t do that, either. Move on, brother, you ignore us anyway. In the timeless words of The Bard “he who laughs last laughs best”.
What proof do you have that “it’s” been going on forever? What are you calling “it”? This level of ineptitude has not inhabited our State Department in my lifetime.

Why is the anti-green energy President hawking Tesla’s electric cars? Shouldn’t an American President be supporting electric cars manufactured by any car company in America if he supports them at all? Musk didn’t spend $270 million for nothing.
Still almost 3000 under where he started.Don’t start crowing yet. As an aside, he didn’t make any insane comments about tariffs or recessions yesterday. He was too busy whining at the Justice Department.
