The two asst. coaches that he brought with him were Crommett and Fisher. And when they ran Malone off they did not treat either one of them good. I was there and played for all three coaches. Since then I have worked with both Fisher at HJ and Crommett at Nederland. Both Great men!!!

I talked to President Bush and he said that the phone taps that they have at the Lumberton fieldhouse show several calls between La Marque and Coach C...so believe what you want AJ. Well, to be honest maverick. I have been coaching high school football for years and never got on this sight. But recently have taken a job outside of the field and decided I would take a look. Just so happens I still have a lot of coaching friends and I called them to ask what the deal was. Just thought you people would like to know. Did not mean to ruffle your boot straps over there in Raider land. From now on if you see my post...don't read it and you can find out the information in the paper or on the news like everybody else. BTW- I'm a PNG grad and it makes no diffrence to me if Alvin leaves or not. Just want what's best for the man. IMO that is La Marque and a title shot.

La Marque will be between 85k and 92k. The PNG job will be less than that. It won't be 90+!

Don't count on that AD title just yet. I don't believe they have decided on that.

Actually this was his 3rd season and they are 23-10 under AC. Still pretty good considering where they were the 40 years before! I'm sorry I got confused. I was posting about Danny Malone's success at PNG. We were talking about his last year when they lost in the playoffs to...you guest it...LA Marque!!! Alvin's new school.

They would have had a complex coordinator anyway. Look at these other schools. Heck, they can keep him in the wings so when the next coach comes in and doesn't do so hot. They can just slide him back in as HC.

I played for him and i would agree. We had fun. But who doesn't when your winning?

Are you from PNG coonass? Because if you are you will know that 75% or more of PNG's staff graduated there and they may have gotten rid of MB but the Board won't let anyone get rid of all the ex-ndn staff. I know good coaches bring an army but...not if you don't let them...So I will take that bet!!!

Credeur Bill - Raise your school taxes 2%, pay Alvin and pay all of those good teachers. Best thing for the community!!!! That will keep him from La Marque, fo-show!!!

They will defiantly tell the NEW ONE who he can and can not bring. I bet my whole paycheck they don't let him bring more than 2. Maybe one. They only let Malone bring 2 and he had to fight for that!!!!
