The Middlesex Superior Court ignored ERO Boston’s immigration detainer and released Hernandez from custody on an unknown date. Officers with ERO Boston arrested Hernandez Sept. 20 in Lowell. Hernandez remains in ERO custody.

Remember Trump only won Texas by 631,000 votes. With the influx of liberals leaving liberal states along with immigrants from 2020 till now I can see Texas being very close. With Kamala as the candidate I believe trump will still win it but it wouldnt shock me if Kamala makes it close or wins it by a few thousand.
