But we may need one of those shooters from jv for the outside game.

Maybe Jones two 6'6, 6'3,6'2 and Hill. hopefully he can spread the ball around well.

Silsbee verses HJ Friday 7pm PNG High SchoolST413 replied to Lazeek's topic in SETXsports Archived Threads I do not doubt that. I have seen a lot this year. He is good at what he does but he needs some improvement in a couple areas as well.

Silsbee verses HJ Friday 7pm PNG High SchoolST413 replied to Lazeek's topic in SETXsports Archived Threads Yes DC is a huge loss if he is out especially withot Lane already he is real good on the defensive end as well as being our guard with size. Starting two at 5'7 or so we really miss his 6'2. He could match up real well with the bigger guards. Our two "mighty mouse" guards can more than hold their own, but his size and speed is a great asset.

Silsbee verses HJ Friday 7pm PNG High SchoolST413 replied to Lazeek's topic in SETXsports Archived Threads If we are without DC, it will be tough to pul it out. We can do it but it will take a great effort and keeping our big men out of foul trouble. We will have to slow down HJ's guards getting to the basket.

Good win Hawks. you did outplay us tonight. Lazeek is right Prentice not being there hurt and then another big blow that hurt in the second quarter was losing stallworth with a knee injury. he is supposed to have it checked out tomorrow. they don't think anything i torn but this could be another tough blow to the tigers. He very well could have been the difference maker in the second half. He is a great on the boards ad our best offensive threat in side

This is no "young fella"..although I wish I was few years younger.

May not have been our best effort but in the playoffs ,the effort will be there. Even with that it was still a victory(by 23 pts I believe). Whether we will get out of the region only time will tell. But I like our chances better than any other single team. Yet it is the playoffs and everyone will be gunning for the tigers after last year. However the defense will be there just like it was in Sour Lake. virtually every shot was contested.

Why don't you ask H-J about Silsbee's half court defense?

OK that could be the case I have noticed one or two missing from earlier in the season.

I am a Tiger fan and agree with a lot you have to say but how are we 13 deep when there are only 12 players on the varsity with the last two additions?

districts with more teams had to start earlier to end at th same time for the playoffs
-
The brackets are shown at [Hidden Content] has anyone looked at them yet. The winner of our district gets a bye of course but so does the runner up of 24AAA so we meet them in the second round. Our third place team plays 22AAA runner up in the first round with the winner moving on to the winner moving on to the third round. Where they will possibly play our district champion. Why is there no 23AAA? and why did they not move some of the byes created by not having that district to other areas of the brackett?

	exactly what i am saying....
