Funny note: most every time a Hawaiian found out we were Ags, they wanted to know if we got to see Johnny Football live. Hawaiians love them some football.

By the way, it is my opinion that if you combined the Aggies offense with the Texas defense, you would have a prohibitive favorite to win the NC. Combine the remaining two units on another team and you would have a prohibitive favorite to win a few games in the Southland Conference.

This game appears to support the old adage that teams take on the personality of their coaches. The Texas players (particularly the defense) looks tough as nails and the OU players look whiny as hell...

Man I hope you are right.  But I have rooted for the Aggie's now for all of my 54 years and until just recently they let me down on a fairly regular basis - and it's hard after that many years to quickly shake the jitters when watching the Aggie's.  I had to laugh that my wife (not a football follower) - when we were playing SC - said to me in the 3rd quarter "well now you can relax cause it looks like they have won" and my response was I can relax when the final whistle is blown and not until then.  Maybe I have rooted for the Aggie's too long ---------- nah - would not know how to function if I stopped now.  :P

You're right.  Game hasn't started yet.  Today's Thursday.  You not going to find better seats at that price guaranteed.  

We're going to get the crap beaten out of us. I've decided I'm not going to sit around and watch another bloodletting (like byu) so my hope is that I'm still in my seat for the 2nd half. The Red, White, and Blue game after 9/11 was the best sporting event I've ever attended. The emotions that day were indescribable and the pride in our school for pulling that off was awesome. It was definitely sometime I will remember the rest of my life. I came right after bonfire fell, but I'm sure that game would rank right up there for a lot of people.
