The misconception of BISD schools being bad academic schools are ridiculous...how about this lets trade kelly & BISD kids and see who would have higher academics...you can get a great education at ANY school in BISD it's your choice. I know cause I got one so please stop the madness.

I've been wanting to post on this topic but someone banned me for kicking his arse in a debate so he decided to abuse his powers lmaooo never knew people WOS folks was so sensitive lol...however back to the topic at hand, Ozen will never hire a white coach and thats just the way it is and always will be. Neither will Central, so if PNG OL Coach is white tell him don't bother applying cause he's wasting his time. I disagree with this %100 but thats just the way things are, I actually think hiring a white coach would probably solve the problem at Ozen honestly but I doubt the community would stand for it.

NO! Was Kentucky having #1 recruiting classes before Calapari arrived? NO! Players go to schools to play for coaches PERIOD! Now let me ask this why aren't coaches penalized for being able to go coach for any school they want while being paid millions? But you guys are quick to say kids are getting a 100k education what about the coaches who are being paid millions they're free to go to whatever university they choose.

We're not talking about you Ridge we're debating who would be a good fit for the program...you're saying Ozen should hire a guy that can get players in school when Ozen already sending players to college I'm just trying to understand your point and I know you personally so I respect your opinion I'm just waiting on you to justify why Ozen should keep hiring folks from within the area when it has worked in over 10 years try something new go get a coach from one of the big cities that know more football than the typical setx of doing things thats all I'm saying.

I remember having this convo with Soulja a few years back when he claimed that the talent amongst Ozen and Central had evened out which is why Central began to have a little success. I vividly remember telling him that if Boutte was still at Ozen they wouldn't of never got the likes of Toe Toe, TJ, Nijal etc...I said it once and I'll say it again if Bou takes the WB job Central and Ozen will become a thing of the past in basketball. All those good 8th graders that have plans on going to Central & Ozen will be attending school right there in the west-end. So when WB starts winning will you say its cause the talent has evened out?

A lot of blame has to be placed on the guy hiring these people(Athletic Director) also they should've kept the first guy they hired anyway would've been a much better fit for Ozen than Suggs he was way too old for this job. Gotta go get a quality coach with a good resume if we want anything to change around Ozen.

So HJ fans why aren't you guys on here talking about Jalen transferring for athletic purposes? When he clearly said he was...so should he have to sit out a year too? Just curious.......

I remember asking Boutte how he felt about people saying that the only reason he won championships was because of pros i.e perk & stevie and he was his response:
 
"No coach can win without talent, but not every coach can win with talent"
 
Ask anybody that has every played for Boutte he makes things go, at the end of the day he had talented teams but he was the sole reason his teams won state simple as that. I'll give you another example, Central's team last year had more talent on it than Boutte ever had 3 D1 players in the starting lineup I don't think he's every had that much talent on one team. And that team never won it all, its called COACHING fellas.

Lol yeah way to try and back pedal out of this one she's from Silsbee and taught kids in your community...she got her classroom management skills from Silsbee ISD.

Lol maybe you didn't read where I said most kids are recruited off what they've done as juniors all kids thats signed D-1 at Ozen were offered when they were Juniors in high school so I'm confused on your pint here...no-one is shaming Lil C I'm very close to him I'm going to support him no matter what he does and have been doing so since I met him I simply stated previously in the thread that him going to Silsbee was a bad move because it wouldn't help him as a football player and as usual everyone said I was crazy yet no-one  has yet to provide a legit reason that says otherwise. And I'm close to the situation and Lil C so I know this isn't a residence issue as Soulja previously stated. 

This post is just ignorant...do we need to go pull up Silsbee's record under your former coach? Lol Silsbee football is and has been MEDIOCRE with the exception of this year. Also how do you know anything about Beaumont academics? You have any kids go there? Did you attend? No ok then shut up...how would you say a kid with a 3.5 GPA isn't getting a good education, no matter what school you're at if you want to learn then you will and if you don't then you won't has nothing to do with the school district you're in. How do I know? Because I've sat in those same classrooms Lil C is in and got a great education. Smh you guys are really stupid on here man.
