Watched MHS against Central and wasn't impressed. First I've said it all along I don't see what the hype is about Kam Martin, Dauphine is 10x's better than him along with a few other RB's in the area I've seen this year. Next the offense leans too much on the run game stop PA from running the ball and you'll destroy them they can't pass the ball at all. As far as defense they sat back in cover 3 pretty much the entire game Central just didn't start exploiting it till late. Looks like CV did a good job at exploiting, I said this a few weeks back and I'll say it again the coaching in setx needs to improve drastically especially at schools like PA with so much talent.

If Central open up their playbook there isn't many ppl on their schedule that can't beat them.

Yes exactly, these teams have too much talent to be running elementary offensive and defensive schemes I felt I was watching a freshman football game. I think this is why many of our area teams struggle when they get deep into the playoffs. I feel as though we should be preparing the kids for college football. I can tell Jacquet isn't being taught how to read coverages etc these things are going to be expected of him once he gets into college. Most of these coaches are only successful cause they have a lot of talent.

Difference between this game for Central and last week's game is that Central doesn't have to worry about an elite WR like corbin on the outside and can focus more on stopping the run. However I still PAM winning this game due to the fact Central's offense has yet to find its identity making the game harder on themselves than they need to.

Exactly! The hell with wins and losses he's allowing kids who come from nothing an opportunity to further their education while playing the sport they love. To my knowledge(I could be wrong this is just what I've heard so please don't quote me on this) Central has 13 players on their roster with D-1 offers. Central never got exposure like that before Foreman arrived. 

Another thing....why don't you guys think Toby can coach? I strongly disagree! Lets be real, the momentum Central has gained in the past year is solely because of him being hired as head coach. He's basically turned the entire school around you gotta respect that.

Dauphine is wayyyyyyy better than Martin IMO.

To Ozen's defense I hate that they're forced to play two 5A schools in non district play. PA should be taking off the schedule especially when you're trying to turn a program like Ozen around.

Old school offense won't work in today's game...you HAVE to score points to compete against good teams. I've been saying since the spring I disagree with Suggs offensive strategy Ozen doesn't have the personnel for an offense like that.

Thompson is the best by a landslide and then PJ Locke.

Mannnn when I say memorials offense looks SCARY good....dauphine & Martin are some bad boys SHEESH!!! QB has some wiggle as well

Don't see a problem with these guys celebrating their college commitments, none of you went out there and made any of the plays these guys made to receive their offers so your opinion on how they should celebrate where they choose to go to school is irrelevant. IMO this is a great look for Central, you don't think the 7&8th graders not see whats going on with these guys. Most of them are probably role models for them, this does nothing more than help the type of program Toby is trying to build at Central and he's doing a great job IMO. Even though I'm an Ozen guy, i think if Toby stays at Central they will dominate the area in football, basketball & track. I think Ozen & WB will start losing a lot of kids to Central in the near future.

Ozen needs a lot of help and fast, don't mean to be negative nancy but Suggs has his work cut out for him. Aside from a few guys I don't see the talent out there and the numbers are extremely low. Also I really disagree with the style of offense Suggs is choosing to run Ozen O-Line is not very good and good team will just stack the box and force them to throw the ball or the RB's will be getting hit in the backfield all night long. 

To be honest I could care less I have no kids in the school district and don't plan on becoming a teacher in the near future. So it doesn't directly affect me. I just like to antagonize those who pretend to care about a school district one in which they don't have kids attending and those who don't live in the Beaumont community. I just want those to expose the true reasons they are concerned with BISD. Is it because some are tired of seeing the school district run by black people or is it because business's are failing? Let's be honest most of the complaints I heard after listening to the teleconference was about race and people's businesses losing money. No one really cares about the benefit of the children which is the saddest part of all this mess.

Mr. Eldridge I know you personally and you were around when I played at Ozen, however I think your idea of a power offense is old and tired out. I also believe that is your own personal preference of an offense rather than one that would benefit Ozen's personnel. Ozen has ATHLETES and I feel the best way to use them is in a spread offense. However one change I think should be made is Boyd at QB, you can't have a QB who's more concerned about basketball than football. Whoever the new coach is should definitely make that change when he comes in.
