Where is Henderson anyway. I think WO-S played them a few years back and used em like a mop if I remember correctly. It was a genuine donkey stomp but what got me was their fans, they couldn't rattle their hocks fast enough out of the stadium. Wish we could see them this year.

I started out walking to the game but when I made the 1/2 block to Burnett it was 40-0 so I come on back to the house.

Somebody mentioned the Gilmer game and I'm still a little bit chafed, especially when I go to Youtube and see that phantom block in the back on D.Thompson's near 100 yard field goal return for a TD. As far as the Kennedale game, WO-S beat a very good team Friday night handily, a team that will make some noise in the 4A-D1 playoffs. Take away a couple or three runs and their numbers are pretty much so-so. This game could have easily been 52-7. The breakdowns that happened will be addressed and they will learn and be better for it. Now that is scary folks. I would not wanna be in Hamshire-Fannett's shoes for their britches this week. Look for a very vanilla 56-0 type game with the starters getting some sit down time.

I dont know but I think the shutout streak may end this week. Silsbee will come into town throwing athletes all over the field. I look for a WO-S win but it may not be a cakewalk this week.

Had to go over to the "other" board to see what all the fuss was about. Strictly amateur hour. Too much smoak and it was all being blown. These folks need to go out back and chop down some pine trees or kick some red clay around. Entirely too much time on their hands.

I heard they are waiting for UIL permission to let the WO-S varsity play the first quarter Friday night in a game-like scrimmage and then letting the JV take over the regular game in the 2nd quarter. I may be wrong on this.

Word on the street is that there are still seats available on the Houston Kipp side for this Friday night.

Good chance the Mustangs get shutout #4 this week, then it gets tougher. I don't believe this is same Houston Kipp that Cuero shutout 63-0 in week 1 however.
