I will concede Cuero has been a force since who flung the chunk and them boys from Pharr San Juan Alamo whipped our Stark Tigers in '62 but Navarro wasn't even on the radar around here until WOS used their undefeated butt like a mop in '16. Believe me Silsbee will show up, and then it's on.

I also believe the Tigers' may be destined to win it all. Since 2011 WOS only playoff losses have been to the state champion.

I still like the Tigers' chances. Region IV has got to show me. They seem to always have a couple of teams impress by beating down the rest of the region only to get donkey stomped when the real culling starts. Make no mistake Cuero is good, really good if you listen to KB24, who evidently has seen Cuero, Pleasant Grove, Newton, PNG and Nederland in person and is the authority on this.

The call on the DT return was a killer. Still rewatching it over and over, stopped it, slowed it, zoomed it X50, even saw a bugger in a Gilmer players nose, still looking for a block in the back. WOS/Silsbee will be a toenail biter to the end. If you're on meds bring em if you use Depends pack em. Too close for a prediction even from me. I know these are both different teams than folks saw early in the season and the survivor will represent well. Kind of has that '82 WestBrook feel to it if you go back that far

Not too bad on the picks. If Silsbee comes on with it that would not shock the world. They still got it to do. This WO-S vs Crosby brings to mind the Richmond Foster series. Should be interesting. This version of WO-S reminds me of 2015, young but the potential to be very good. Next year it's everybody out of the pool.
