I got these things planned between now and the game on Saturday at 7 pm (right?) 1) go to PNG practice in the morning to watch and get free food 2) go to sister in laws for lunch at 1 pm 3) go deer hunting tomorrow PM with 12 yr old and skin deer if we kill one 4) go to black friday in Lufkin with teen age girls 5) go to mom's and eat T-giving dinner Friday at noon - Tyler county 6) watch Texas and Texas A&M 7) go back to Port Neches and sleep 8) get van painted up for trip to Baytown 9) Drive to Baytown and find a seat

my 2 cents - I know I'm late, but some of us do have to work. 1st - the young lady who opened the game with a prayer - awesome. 2nd - the defensive back #2 for Barbers Hill had some heart, tell him he is going to do fine in life if he approaches work,etc like he plays football. 3rd - Barbers Hill left it all on the field. Indians played good enough and I do believe the best team won, but I would not bet on PNG winning if they played again next week. 4th - both teams were laying some hits out there. by the way PNG is going to play Willis.

No kidding that Barbers Hill band announcer had me with my fingers in my ears.

whatever you call it, I like it if I'm pulling for Ned. One other observation. I thought that the Central players who were involved in the Homecoming activities at half time may have had some distractions or maybe disadvantages by not being in the field house to hear all of the half time adjustments, etc.

soulja, # 9 wore out PNG with that wildcat and I never saw it til the 2nd half.  And if my less than perfect memory serves me right. every time than ran it tonight except for once #9 ran for 5+ yards.

2 fumbles and 1 interception for sure, maybe 1 more fumble. nederland lost 1 fumble.

Also the blocked xtra point just before the half was a 3 point turnaround the difference in the game. I disagree with anyone who says Central only has Heard (And he was a key factor in the game). I believe Central can be beat, but I'm not sure we saw their A game. too many turnovers. I was mentally pulling for Central but my heart was with them dogs after getting to the game and seeing them leave it all on the field.  Great 20 4A game and it looks like anytime any 20 4A teams get together any thing is liable to happen.
