Dam, I might want to quit playing my tuba and chime in on this. Here is the facts, for his 2 years we are CO District Champs.. 11-2 last year and around the same this year. With a win over Nederland and PAM. So no matter what any opinion may be, that is the facts.

I thought I told you that you were full of hot air, never Knew you for a tuba blower, how did band life treat you lol?

Gimme a break. I can assure you if RJ doesn’t have to come out of the game those 3 false starts IN A ROW don’t happen. The center sure was fine BEFORE RJ went out. I think all their buttholes tighten up when RJ is not in the game. So don’t give me that crap that it had nothing to do with RJ not being on the field. You know better.

I am giving you a break do you honestly think that RJ is snapping the ball too come on man, I guess you gonna tell me he drives the bus to and from the away games also, geez!!!

Don't know how you are related to RJ BUT "this team can barely snap the ball when he not  on the field" is a slap to the other 50something   players, 10 or so coaches every other kids parent etc...on the team

I wonder what his team mates thing about your post.

four your information the starting center got hurt the week before, the backup prob hasn't seen a snap all year and might have been just a lil bit nervous making his first start in the second round of playoffs, didn't have nothing to do with RJ not being or being on the field. You just pay attention to your team in the cheapseats and quit worrying about what RJ is doing on or off on sidelines. It is a team sport not an RJ sport, there are others that make blocks, catch passes and run the ball besides RJ. I was just as mad that they had 3 stupid procedure penalties along with the 20 other illegal snaps as the ref said, they surely need to clean that hogwash up

  4. special teams kills us every year, last week they botched the kickoff, all you have to do is catch the kickoff its that simple. I hate when they just call for a fair catch when a lot of the times they have room to run, Stansbury has speed to make something happen in open field. Get some balls and run, lets try to make something happen, quit being so conservative. Just my opinion lol

And to think, he was hardly used last year. I remember seeing him on special teams , and it seems early in the yr on D a little. And thinking to myself, why isnt he on the field? In most of his matchups with db's he is just a physical mismatch. When the ball is in the air........its his.....

exactly, dude just latches on to the ball, very impressive for sure, I give him his props dude is a beast and underused for sure!!

  6. I am proud of all of our local teams that have made it to round three, hats off to them for Representing the 409. This is why I love high school football, best part of the year no doubt!! Love the playoff atmosphere, it was a great showing at NRG stadium, made both games which were both fun to watch.

Perhaps biaplayer but for some reason nederville gets into both our coaches heads. Just sayin'. I still say we need to hire that coach from GCM as an assistant. He had nederville's number.

no sir lol Nederland just played a damn good game, their 22 is a damn monster, he ate us up. Watched them this week against Manvel and the dude didn't drop nothing made some awesome catches for sure. I give them props they stayed in the game with Manvel for the better part of three quarters it just really got bad for them in the fourth for sure.

I saw PNG play for the first time this year against TC, seems like they just did what they needed to do to win the game.  TC did a decent job of not getting in a shootout, but that turnover in the end was costly.  RJ to me just had a calm presence about him and his football IQ is special.  Lord help y’all though if his helmet gets ripped off again in a critical spot, next time you might want to burn a TO.  It was hard for me to concentrate on the game because of the band geek I was sitting beside though.  Rowdy bunch!

I think offense can move the ball, like someone said throw to the flats and keep their defense honest! Shug has to do what Shug does, but BIGBRO is right it is time for everyone to step up and make plays. Defense is gonna really have to step up and make liars out of all of us. All I ask is that they make a few stops and hopefully take advantage of a few turnovers if they happen. I think with some trick plays we can open up playbook, now is the time to do it. CougarCal you haven't seen Rowdy yet I was live so I was limited to my full potential because everyone in front of me was getting up and running down. Had to jump on Stattrax for going to the bathroom smh. Wont be going live this week gonna focus on raising hell. lol

  9. Change is well needed, but nothing that big, they just need to make a few more,if we get past texas city, then there will need to be a serious change, shouldnt be no hoerding of best arhletes on offense lol better be some two way starters off and on in order for us to have a chance lol, college station wont be no punk

Nah we will bounce back like we always do. Don’t start talking smack now when you didn’t all week. This game was a toss up just like everyone thought it would be. But I can tell you one thing in my opinion the better qb was on Crosby’s side of the field.

he didn't even come to the game lol he was dead set on us getting run out the building smh He sold us out to work overtime, damn shame

I'm cool with it on certain 3rd and 4th downs. Him and riggs out there

yes sir, he doesn't have to be out there every down but to protect a lead yes what ever or whoever it takes, I have seen enough with this defense to know that the linebackers have no clue looks like they are running around in circles in coverage. its a shame when the qb runs right up the middle on the read option and lights you up on every play. I wouldn't mind if they went to a base 3-4 and see if that would help against the run.

  12. Well last week didn't work the clock like he shoulda and we didn't play starters both ways, well last night he worked the last possession clock to the tee, and amazingly Superman Shug played CB and made the last tackle to preserve the win. Sure wish Faircloth had made these decisions last week might have been a different outcome. Clock management on a last drive is so critical and I thought he mastered it last night. Awesome to see Shug out there on defense on last possession for Crosby, this will be a must to move on.
