I updated the district 24A II standings on my post on the district standings

Lady Cards used the old stall game tonight, had it going except in the 3rd (made some bad pass that Goodrich turned into some easy baskets). Good job on keeping a high powered offense in check tonight ladies. I will say this Goodrich is a very disciplined and well coached team. Good luck to both teams next week

Good luck to High Island in this tourny, they get Colmesniel first then Woodville. Will be some good work for them, before getting back into district play.

Goodrich beat Chester, High Island beat Burkeville, Spurger beat Shekinah, Leggett had bye lost to Evadale
Goodrich is champion, Leggett is second, High Island and Chester tied for third will play in Spurger on Friday to decide final playoff spot -
Was a very good game to watch last night. Both teams fought hard all the way to the very end, congrats to Deweyville on the win and to the Lady Cards for giving them everything you had and more. Good luck to both teams the rest of the way.
Final score was 39 - 34 Deweyville -
game was close until midway through 3rd quarter. Plus H.I. was without service of their head coach, out for family reasons. But they played well in his absence.

Your right, they were winning games last year and were in the mix for a playoff spot if I remember correctly. Coach Arbuckle did a great job with them the last couple of years. -

Saw that, don't see how Evadale did with the way that they are playing. High Island is still looking to find themselves right now. But it's the number at the end that counts not the one right now. -
1A stuff is wrong, because Evadale is ranked in Division I and High Island is ranked in Division 2. Check it out on TABC website
