Yeah, I've had enough of this thread as well. Crosby knocked us out and then got knocked out...but both of us were in the playoffs and district champions. Let it go; it was a great season for the Cougars.

Go Cubs! Man I miss home sometimes. I joke all the time how the house I own in Brenham is one mile from Blue Bell and when I coached football at BCA I could walk outside and smell cookies from the Blue Bell factory. Now I live in Port Neches and I walk outside and smell the plants lol.

I hope that you are correct, Coog.  I think that we surprised a lot of people by taking out Georgetown(including myself).  I feel like Consol is probably a little more physical up front than Georgetown was.  We lost a lot of kids to graduation two years ago and we feel like we are getting back to a higher level than that debacle last year.  From the outside looking in it looks like CC is strong again.  Good luck to you guys against Marshall, and hope to see y'all next week.

Knew these two brothers.  They fought with each other all the time.  But when someone else tried to fight with either of them, they backed each other up.

Bro, you lost to Vidor by double digits the week before we beat them by 9 with two tds called back and a dumb safety late in the game. Not only that, in the district championship game your coach got outcoached by a guy with a career sub .500 record. If you're going to use the transitive property on a loss Crosby took two months ago under the perfect circumstances for Porter then that loss PAM took two weeks ago looks real bad. Not that I even care but looking over resumes for the season Crosby's is actually better than PAM's other than our losss to Manvel by the same two tds North Shore did.

Jmo, Crosby will have a much easier game in the Area Round than they had with Vidor.  Hope so, for sure.  Go Cougars.

I didn't pay attention to the last game of the regular season with the district championship on line against a team that does nothing fancy but how'd that work out for ya?  Shall I say Fraud?  

I love how a two score victory is barely escaping Crosby didn't try to score in the 4th. Also the Cougars were up two scores the whole second half. Excuse us for protecting a lead. I mean PAM lost to that same "no tricks offense". Your laughable.

Good game Crosby. Y'all wanted it more and went out and got it. Nothing but respect from here. Netherly is a beast! Can't wait to see him at my favorite college! Y'all got a fan in me from now on. 
And 14.2 you're alright man. You're one of the few on here I'd drink a beer with. Enjoy it man.

Great game by both teams ! Congrats Crosby - Crosby played  tough and smart Netherly was the difference in the game quality athlete for sure. Vidor's QB was a beast also ! ( got me a couple of red cow bells )

Crosby needs to put Netherly at WR and let Soph QB. He almost looked scared to pass. The kid is an athlete,  but not a QB imo. Also, Crosby could've thrown for 400 yards tonight. Woodard was open all game and had the advantage on the DB. Didn't understand that. Crosby was very conservative on thier offensive approach. Defense was playing a 3 man front alot? Didn't understand that thinking as well. Vidor played thier hearts out and punched Crosby in the mouth. Vidor ran hard every play. Good game overall. Good luck Coogs next week. Met alot of good Crosby folks tonight. 

This was a really enjoyable game to watch.  Crosby looked pretty good...I didn't think invincible, but pretty good!  I was really impressed with Vidor's run game.  I think they should have shoved it up the middle with that quick hit a lot more than they did, in my opinion.  It seemed they got 10-15 yards most times.  All in all, way to represent Cougs and now I expect you all to support the Eagles tomorrow...haha!!

Get in the car and go back across the river dude, your season is over now. You do t have anything else to complain about. 

Vidor is putting up a fight, but 2nd half Crosby will blow it open. I'm here repping for 21-5a. One man team, Vidor has Quirante playing both ways and punts. Come on.
