WB had some problems on defense. The LB's, the strength of the team, were freelancing and not "playing the defense". Hopefully the coaches will work on the defense in preparation to play Ozen and their 6'8" wr.

Central

No low performing schools, all three high schools with the same ratings as MC schools, WB beating Lumberton on scores. Hmmm, lots of haters, few appreciators.

Other than Westfield, this is the best team WB has played. WB is the best team Lee has played. I think Lee is first in offense and second in defense in district and WB is first in defense and second in offense. WB lost Williams, but McCardell is playing himself back to form. I take WB at home 28 - 14.

I think the bad weather is a wash. Slows down Central, may affect the passing game of Nederland. Good matchup, winner should take district.

Saw Central play WB. Wasn't that impressed. Hopefully they have improved. Offensive lines will determine the winner.

Kingwood runs a time-consuming offense, the wishbone. This in itself can limit scoring. I believe WB wins, but I do not think the score will be as high as some predictions show. 27 - 7
