  1. If the o-line can come together and allow the Ags to run the ball and control the clock, and IF Mond has a really good day and protects the ball, i think they have a chance for an upset. I feel the defense can slow Clemson down and keep ags in it, but atm will have to play their very best. Also a few breaks going their way would be big.

Should/could be a thriller. May be a whoopin lol!!

You must not have met our friend PhatMack. He is where I draw my inspiration. You could call him the Jimbo Fisher of this board.

Yeah, I read this board all the time, but seldom post. There is a lot of good early information here, from a lot of people who really keep up with current events on NCAA football. I get a laugh out of all the jabbing back and forth between Aggie and Longhorn fans. Mack holds his own, but he seems to be way outnumbered lol!! By the way, I have Aggies over Hoggs in a straight up victory (not moral)

  3. Maybe Jimbo needs a fresh start, he will be getting better facilities, lots of young talent, and a fan base excited to see him come to town. Who knows? Reading on the Aggie forums, seems like A&M is excited to get him and the Seminole fans are happy he is leaving.

  4. I feel like there is a lot of truth in that article, it is hard to win with freshman and sophomore rosters....A lot of teams are in the same place with Texas this year. They have to mature into four quarter athletes. Give Charlie another year and I feel the difference will be very noticeable. Be patient, Horn fans, I know that's asking a lot, but they will be o.k. with a little more seasoning. Understand how bad ya'll hate to lose......

  5. All this discussion between Texas and A&M......To me they are pretty much in the same boat, they both have at least 4 strong teams in their conferences that I feel can play with anyone. Texas had a great day yesterday, but like the Aggies it takes a while to build the quality depth that is needed to compete in todays games. UT will be improved no doubt, Kyle Porter was a good one, and there defense should step up next year. The Aggie defense was definitely better this year, but again not enough depth all around. Alabama has that depth, as does LSU, Clemson, etc. Both teams should be improved, and as a Texan, I hope they both do well this season. Anyway, just my 2 cents.
