Houston area talent pool. (Harris) county population wise you out number almost every school in this district by a significant margin? Pure guess there on numbers but thats my gist there. Edit: short Google search Harris County has a population of approximately 4.84 to 5.09 million residents, making it vastly larger than Orange County (about 86,500 residents) and Hardin County (about 58,800 residents) combined.

Huffman is absolutely 100% a houston area school. Thats not even a debate To add: Let's not get confused. "Houston school" HISD vs "Houston area" Harris county sure. There a slight difference but population wise its all Houston folk.

The athletic pool to choose from is WAY deeper. And technically should maul this vidor team. But this vidor team is better coached and scrappy. This Huffman team is poorly coached and slower minus 2 or 3 guys
