Most talk of schedule changes comes every other year when UIL realigns the districts. That is this year. Last year it wouldn't have come up - win or no win.

22-4A - This is the first time in years that goin into district all teams have a realistic chance of making the playoffs.. I see no trainwrecks. If I have to pick a sleeper it is Lumberton to finish 3rd.

Lots of apples being compared to oranges here, but a "civilian" on a local chatboard is a MUCH better place to discuss offensive strategies, than the local newspaper printing such a scathing article. Hats off to you wos92 for your strong opinions and I also feel the newspapre article will do more damage than good (Also thanks for the reply to Lumberton on the Dayon-Friendswood Thread. It made my day ;D ;D ;D)

Interesting --------- I'd say don't break any UIL rules, sportsmanship rules, pay your admission and sit where you want to sit. Be ready for possibly some security guard or administrator to settle you down and play it by ear. The other fans ALSO have rights, but BE COOL and cheer for your team, make noise and Don't be too obnoxious. ::)BOTTOM LINE - Don't give your detractors ant ammo.

Really yall -- 2-1 against 4A schools in non district. Ain't bad. WOS will be alright. Now, I don't know about cutting off arms to get that staff - how about a pinky? Maybe a thumb or hand for the Nederland Staff? ;D ;D

Wow - WOS is 2-1 in Non District playing up a division and already getting ripped by the local press ?????. Its reminds me of the little lady next door calling me over to fix her garage door and looking over my shoulder and questioning every move and giving me all kinds of suggestions. It IS her right, but it sure didn't help the garage door task. But she is overall a pretty good neighbor and I just kinda smile and ignore her comments because SHE makes the best mayhaw jelly and I don't want to lose the mayhaw jelly. I think most programs know how to consider the source and let them blow off their steam.

If I was a 17 yr old player on that team, that would be excellent advice. Since those days are gone, I reckon it becomes good conversation and a little speculation among friends.
