The larger issue is we have entitled kids (players) running around with no accountability. Add to that the influence from most of the music these days that constantly demeans women and refers to them as B's and H's, and you have a recipe for disaster. Entitlement babies preying on those who they believe are prizes and not people creates a culture where NO is not an acceptable answer. It's hard for me to believe that any coach or institution will ever be able to get that totally under control.
Newest thing circulating around Baylor now is the investigation of some "un-named" boosters who've been accused of giving money and "items" to a few of the players. I've never heard of such a thing in college sports, particularly football. LOL

Is it raining in Orange, now?

Caney Creek and Splendor can't compete in 4A. That's my thought on that

And I got BH 2-3 years out. Some "specific" recruits who can run "faster" will be headed that way soon. I would think anyway.

Any idea where Mann landed, or will he be out of education from here on out?
Dallas area.......haven't heard in a couple weeks exactly where but I'm sure we'll get the memo when made public.

Not surprising if true. But I bet the other 2 area players stay put.
If the people around them were smart, they would convince them otherwise. But doubtful, like you say.

Baylor is no longer relevant. It's back to 2009 for Baylor and OU will dominate the BIG 12 for many years to come.

One only dreams of playing in the game, period. I'm sure that WOS didn't mind winning the championship game at NRG.
WOS wouldn't have minded winning the championship game if it were played in Deweyville.
Nothing fancy about the way those people operate. If you polled the kids in East Tex/Cen Tx/ Panhandle/ and a lot of the big schools around Hou/Bmt, the vast majority would certainly say Jerry's world is where they want to play the biggest game of their HS lives.
I like the rotation myself, but I understand the reason "economically" and for "game type experience" for it to be played in Arlington.

So when it rains out Thursday and Friday, graduation Saturday. I am betting on Coach Griffith to advance the Bears on the old coin toss.
I don't think its going to rain out (being in Orange) as most of the precipitation will be forecasted around Houston/Galveston areas and counties to the north/northeast of Houston. But we shall see.
