Ok I get it now. The ruling will be made in 10 "school days." When School gets out in December the clock stops and doesn't start again until they start back in the middle of January. That's mighty convenient for the Noles.

Fsu and Jimbo would get absolutely hammered publicly if they play him after he's kicked out of school.
