Slow down with the all time mess??  "If he plays college ball he will be made a Wes Welker".  Wow....Kyler Murray isn't exactly living up to college hype but can anyone deny what he did on the high school field?  I'm in no way comparing the two but he doesn't have to do anything at the next level to be appreciated at the high school level.
The poster said he was one of the best gamers of all time.  Did not call him the best player of all time, the best player at his position or the best player at his school....simply one of the best gamers of all time.  To back up that statement....Jack was thrust into starting duty in 2014 as a sophomore in week one for circumstances out of his control...he simply, as a gamer lead the Mustangs to the state title game.  The following year, "the gamer" lead a team that returned 5 starters to a championship.  It doesn't matter how tall he is, how fast he runs, what the PA News writes and has to correct....he is a gamer!!  Those things should only weigh in his corner since he overcame odds.  The statement was "gamer" nothing else....but the final chapter has not been written on Jack Dallas and I can't wait to read it!! 
Go Mustangs 2016!!  Everyone is anointing the title but the true fans know that nothing is given...it will be earned.  Go earn every win!!
 

Everyone has an opinion and you aren't the only one that has this one. My goal for him is to keep working and getting better. Hopefully he continues to prove the non believers wrong. He was offered by Lamar as a QB. All he can ask for is a chance to prove people wrong. He isn't in control of his size. Only his heart and determination. 

a title is a title...i guess...honestly pound for pound, it was only 1-2 really GOOD TEAMS  they faced on that run...lamarque was not one of them(thompson easily out coached jackson). anyway, he can be a "gamer", but calling him ALL TIME...sorry not today...i'm not a wos fan, but i know of MANY great athletes to come through there..and it better not be comparing him to triangle talent over the past 25 years.

Let's try to better understand the term "Gamer", which often times has nothing to do with your 40 time, height or weight, bench press reps, vertical. It's that thing that you can't put your finger on and drives some who can't put their stop watch down, just crazy.  Gamers usually win... period.  Coaches at all levels love GAMERS, I can see why LU offered him.  You don't QB your team to a state championship game as a sophomore when you were 3rd on the depth chart when the season began, unless you are a GAMER. 

Guys, don't worry about it!
WO-S is going to worry about the 10 schools on THEIR schedule.  They're not worried about anybody else.  If the supporter of another school wants to come on an try to make their school look so very big by trying make other schools in the area look so very small, let them go for it.

I wish some of you would get off this WO-S vs. big school predictions. It's meaningless. 

WOS played one good 5A team with solid athletes last year, they were down 35-7 with 5 minutes left in the game. They had 18 total rushing yards as a team and Dallas only had 185 passing yards on 43 attempts to go with 4 picks. PAM is even bigger and faster than Foster with more highly rated players, what's you're reasoning for thinking they might possibly win other than the usual ". . . it's WOS, they always have a chance" response.

So you think WOS could actually stay on the field with PAM? What do you mean "most district contenders would be lumped into this category"?

Let me get this straight, people expect Ned to get blown out by a team two classes below them but still expect them to compete for a district championship in 22-5A? No wonder there's threads started about what it takes to get respect. 

I can't argue with the handicapping here.  Lots of headwinds.
1. Facing a 3rd year QB who has played in two State Championship games already.  Kid is a stud and has weapons to deliver the ball to.
2. Trying to figure out your own QB situation... against a dominant defense.
3. Starting out on the road.
It will be a tough task.

Titans own the Beaumont Bowl and we brag about it much
Central got lucky and pulled a rabbit out the hat
But this year will be different , we beating the brakes off them CATS
Ozen is up first with Central coming next
West Brook a ways off but that a#$ whipping is on deck
We'll keep calm and stay Trill cause thats how we roll
Beaumont for second place in their own Beaumont Bowl.

Two adays are gone, the grass has been cut, the lines have been painted, 
New hopes are on the horizon as friends and rivalries get reacquainted,
 
The Coaches plan, the fathers 2nd guess, as always BEdelmon always knows best,
As each poster, fan and parent rants and raves they stand toe to toe and beat on their chest, 
 
They are all #1 when they start out the year, 
A State Championship for them can be seen very clear, 
 
Although they have the skeptics and haters, 
All you will hear them brag about is their fast running backs and their defensive dominators, 
 
Half way through the season most of the posters will be gone, 
all you will have left are the moderators and the regulars who are hard core to the bone, 
 
So cheer for your favorite, and hope for a good year, 
Just remember for most of the seniors as each game passes the end draws near, 
 
My twins have played since they were five, 
last year was their last year and i wont see them play again as long as I am alive, 
 
So be a good fan and and enjoy the sport, 
because if you go out on the field,, you will end up in court!!

I make this really quick...

#1. Those "ex players" you speak of are only there because them or their parents KNEW they would spend their high school careers as the #3 or #4 players at Memorial.

#2. 9 times out of 10, Those players/parents(from PA) that decided to take their talents to the middle of Jefferson County end up with nothing to show for their efforts. (Scholarships, scholly whatever you to call it)

I'm closing now.

#3. I know the few responses will be "Quality of Education", well let me just cut that of before it even gets started. If little"Susie" or little "Johnny" WANTS to learn they're going to learn. If they want be "dumb as a box of rocks" that's what they're going to do also. No matter WHAT SCHOOL they attend.

Now with that being said, good luck to the Bulldogs. Hopefully they continue that district win streak. Aleast for the next two years when realignment rolls around again, because those a South County Titans have been known to end streaks.
