It was not a spring game. If you do not do spring football, your school is able to start two-a-days a week sooner. That is the path Crosby chooses.

Do you think anybody scouted Crosby's Spring game ? No. It's just a way for the coaches and kids to go have fun. Crosby didn't even run anything close to the offense they would during the season. And it wasn't a Crosby offense vs. Crosby defense type game. It was coaches picking players in a draft to go have fun. "Should have been" scouting BH's Spring game...Please !

I seriously doubt anybody in our district was there to scout BH's spring game.

He is retired now. He and his wife still attend all the football games and he was at every baseball game I went to this year.

Yes, I believe he is right on the BH/Crosby score. Netherly and Williams also did not play that weekend because they were at the state finals track meet.

This is how 21-5a got brought into this thread. Like most cases, it was done by one of your own.

So if you coached a team, you are going to line the kids up, assign them to a position and not even look at film or athletic ability. Just their skin color or stature. That's why your on a public forum like me and not coaching

I'm not high on Humble, just not high on the other candidates

I look for Carlos Grace to have a good year for Crosby. He missed last year after a standout sophomore year and is going to have something to prove. Crosby played most of the district games with backs that were 4th and 5th at depth at that position. Williams and Grace will be a great duo again. I don't think Crosby will go D1 because I look for it to end up: Crosby, Kpark, Humble, and ? Kpark is going to surprise a lot of people.
