Years ago we did away with the mumps, measles, chicken pox etc. by vaccinating all our kids at school age. With all the illegals coming into this country that are not vaccinated we are probably going to see a rise with those viruses again. Things are only going to get worse.

When you down grade the whole coaching staff you are also down grading CT who is one of the best person and coach in football. He surely does not need that right now.
